I received an invitation even though I didn't want one, but their entire hosting service is just terrible. Definitely not recommended.

Used to have a dedicated server

Used to have a dedicated server. DDos Protection was non-existant, my site would be offline atleast twice a day due to them yet Flexynode claims 2.5tbps ddos protection. CPU wasnt great either, Would take a good 30 seconds to run neofetch, or any other command rather, and SSH would randomly stop working sometimes too.

EDIT: It wasn't ordered on my account, however my co owners, I was our main developer and encountered these issues alot, and even notified you in the group chat we had.

In fact, a dedicated server was never ordered on your account. We would have gladly resolved this if there had been an order, but as it stands, that was not the case.

Long servicece times.

Great staff and overall good services. The worst part is the service speed. NOTHING IS AUTOMATIC. Once you purchase a service, you have to wait for them to either see yours, which they know by a small mark that says pending, or make a support ticket which takes AGES. I know a lot of people in the us who use this, but these people are based in the Netherlands, and you are on THEIR TIME SCHEDULE. Please, add automatic processing.

Edit: Recently found out that some services need processing manually, but overall good experience.

Everything with us is automated, except for the free services as we need to manually review those. Of course, it’s always possible that our system may experience an error, but we haven’t had any in quite some time. However, if you have to wait long for our response, you will receive compensation for that. Last month, we responded to all tickets within an average of 1 hour.

They also accept partners from small servers, as we're now partnered and we now get free servers for our discord bots!
