I was charged a fee of €185 without my consent and despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, the company has completely stopped responding to my messages. Their lack of transparency and unwillingness to communicate is deeply unprofessional.
It’s unacceptable for a company to charge customers without authorization and then ignore follow-up inquiries. I would strongly caution others to read the fine print carefully before signing up, as my experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and costly.
I signed up for a no-commitment plan and Kitchen Diet continues to lie and say that I signed up for a four month plan.

Unreliable Delivery & Customer Service
I placed my first order of a two week plan that looked like a one time payment. The first delivery was scheduled for November 13 between 8am and 1pm. Then I received a notice the delivery would be on November 14 between 8am and 1pm. It's 1pm, I've been home all morning and according to tracking, the package was at the delivery center at 12:47pm. I contacted them to cancel the service. Another review here says KitchenDiet tried to make it impossible to cancel. Good thing there are virtual cards you can cancel now.

Won't let you cancel subscription
I ordered from them, everything was fine up to a point : I wanted to cancel my subscription. I contacted them, they told me I could cancel but only if I pay 20€. I replied it was fine and that I would pay. Guess what? No answer, but they tried to charge my card nonetheless, so I made sure it wouldn't go through. Contacted them again : no response. They tried and tried again to withdraw money from my card and refused to acknowledge I wanted to stop doing business with them. Now they're threatening me? They finally gave me a link to pay after weeks of being ghosted, but their link doesn't even work. All in all, as long as you pay, you'll be fine.
EDIT : Payment looked as if it was failed but apparently worked. They still sent an email claiming it was my last chance to pay so I forwarded the receipt to them. Having to go through such a hassle is not professional, at all!

Nous sommes très heureux d'apprendre que la qualité de nos repas à répondu à vos attente !
Concernant l'efficacité de notre programme, nous sommes sur un apport calorique journalier comparable à nos concurrents, la différence se trouvant surtout dans la mise en place d'une journée autonomie une fois par semaine. Cette journée autonomie est selon nous nécessaire à la prise d’habitudes saines en terme de nutrition, cela sera la clé d'une stabilisation réussie et du maintient de votre poids de forme pour l'après programme. La perte de poids la plus rapide n'est pas toujours la plus simple à maintenir dans la durée ;)

OK didn't realize I had signed up for 2 months and wasn't ready to start a diet.A cousin recommend and said since I didn't like
To cook it would be ideal for me.I like some of the meals but threw out the chicken salad as I couldn't manage to eat it.I tried to make an appointment but was told I had to wait till Novemer 27th so for now I am not mitivated.
