unbelievably bad

to be honest, if I wouldn’t have to because they deliver to US/Boston, I would never order again. The order process is extremely annoying.. paying thousands of dollars for an order and after a few minutes it’s deleting the cart. before I could order. Every time I tried to order as a guest it asks for a password and creates an account but then says it’s the wrong password. Tried to send a new password via mail - never got one. Tried to order in SAFARI (Mac) - error every time. I tried approximately 6 times before I could finally order. It’s a mystery to me how such a bad ordering process is working for you as a company. Plus allthe stress I have now to send you all these information.. I deeply hope that I never need to order with you again.
They wanted to me to send a copy of my credit card via mail (!) for security check? Are you serious?

No disappointments

WARNING!! SCAMMERS!!

WARNING!!! I purchased 6.8oz Dior Sauvage edp cost 160 dollars. I recieved a fake. I sent the fake back and they acknowledged it was a fake but refuse to give me a refund blaming me that it’s fake. This has been the worst’s experience I’ve ever dealt with in customer service. Dispite the numerous reviews that the same bottle is fake. No apolopgy for sending fake. No concern for the customer. I would advise using any other website. If you receive a fake item they claim they don’t sell fakes and put the blame on you. Research them and see I’m not the only person with this issue. They take absolutely no responsibility for the fake items they sale. Not only that, they want me to send them a return label to send me the fake bottle they sold me to start with. There are several reviews that the same bottle people recieved was fake yet they blame the customer. Scammers spend your hard earned money somewhere else.

absolute scam

absolute scam. They are selling fake Creed fragrances purchased through an unauthorized third party seller. I have spoken directly with Creed customer service and they confirmed that the bottle I purchased ($250 RPO) is fake. Rather than giving these scammers info on what went wrong with their packaging- please call the perfumer directly if you have questions about the authenticity of your bottle. They have reported they are aware Max Aroma is doing this and from the ridiculous customer service experience I had today; they intend to continue this scam. A reputable company would verify the merchandise beforehand, not to mention not have the gall to continue selling the fake items even after confirmation. I will never purchase from Max Aroma again and discourage you from doing so as well. They do not stand behind their products and have poor customer service to add insult to the experience.

i am deeply disappointed with the…

i am deeply disappointed with the service regarding my lost parcel OR797414. Despite paying extra money for insurance , my parcel was never delivered and company failed to provide a timely or refund.their responses was slow, and unhelpful,showing a clear lack of respect for customer concerns.

COMPLETE LOSS/FIRST PURCHASE

MY PURCHASE WAS INTENDED TO BE A GIFT FOR MY WIFE'S BIRTHDAY; UNFORTUNATELY THE PACKAGE RECEIVED ONLY CONTAINED TWO BONUS SAMPLES AND WAS MISSING THE MAIN ITEM (340 USD VALUE). THE PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED ON-TIME; REQUIRING SIGNATURE FOR RECEIPT. THE PACKAGE TAPE APPEARED TO BE TAMPERED WITH AND PROVED TO BE EXCEPTIONALLY LIGHT IN WEIGHT. I DISPOSED OF THE BOX AND CHECKED MY EMAIL HOPING THAT THE MAIN ITEM WAS SHIPPED SEPARATELY. NO OTHER EMAIL WAS FOUND; ONE ORDER NUMBER/ONE PACKAGE SHIPPED. I CONTACTED CUSTOMER CARE FOR ASSISTANCE REGARDING MY CONCERN AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY WOULD INVESTIGATE THE MATTER. SHORTLY AFTER; I RECEIVED A VIDEO FOOTAGE FROM THE DISTRIBUTOR DEPICTING THE ENTIRE PACKAGING PROCESS. ALL ITEMS WERE PACKAGED TOGETHER. I THEN INQUIRED AS TO HOW I SHOULD FOLLOW UP WITH RECEIVING MY ORDER. I EXPLAINED THAT THE PACKAGE APPEARED TO BE TAMPERED WITH AND IT MAY HAVE POSSIBLY BEEN OPENED WHILE IN TRANSIT (COURIER). CUSTOMER CARE SUGGESTED AN INSURANCE CLAIM THROUGH THEIR INSURER OR CONTACT MY FINANCIAL INSTITUTION TO STOP PAYMENT. CUSTOMER CARE REQUESTED THAT IMAGES OF THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND DETAILS OF THE PACKAGE WEIGHT AND HEIGHT. UNFORTUNATELY; I HAD ALREADY DISPOSED THE BOX AND THERE IS NO WAY TO RETRIEVE IT. AT THIS POINT CUSTOMER CARE STATED THAT THEY ARE UNABLE TO HELP. THIS WAS MY FIRST PURCHASE AND BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH ANY CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE I'VE COME ACROSS.

Maxaroma

I bought two different Mancera fragrances from maxaroma.Tonka Cola and Amore Caffè. My original Tonka Cola came from the official Mancera website. I discovered MaxAroma back in January of this year, and last month I decided to order from them. However, with both fragrances after about an hour or two, the scent seems vanishes and if you know anything about mancera fragrances you know they're supposed to last all day. Also I checked the batch code none to surprise error pops up. I'll never order from them again. You're not getting the real thing.

Questionable Product and Awful Customer Service

I received a bottle with a questionable spray nozzle that does not fit at all with the cap in a box with a torn interior. I first contacted Customer Service when I noticed the very loose cap/torn box. Maxaroma does not replace nor accept returns on international orders even if the product is defective and was offered a USD20 refund which I hesitantly agreed to. I then noticed the low quality spray nozzle that I cannot seem to find on any other bottles from the same brand. Contacted them again but they repeatedly claim that all their products are unopened fresh and authentic and not secondhand.

After getting nowhere with them, I tried the perfume compared it to the original sample purchased directly from the brand, and as expected, it is very light and lasts only a few minutes. I assume it has been diluted or tampered with.

Maxaroma has a good reputation among perfume forums and recently launched their new perfume brand with a well known perfumer and so I trusted them completely. I regret not having checked trustpilot before making a purchase.

🚨Maxaroma sells fakes! 🚨

Please, I repeat! Please Stay away! This company sells watered down alcohol filled fragrances that are far different from the originals. We’ve been conducting an investigation on this company. Ordered 10 Fragrances and did test on all of them. COMPLETELY not 100% authentic. There’s a reason why the prices are so cheap. Please read all the 1 star reviews. Those are authentic. Maxaroma should be ashame of themselves.

I got a fake juicy couture perfume. 1st time buying and it was all plastic emblems and smelled weird. I’m so upset! I’ve emailed customer service so we will see how they respond or if I will get a refund.

I purchased the Keep Glazed perfume…

I purchased the Keep Glazed perfume from your website on December 4, 2024, with order number OR650497. I have been using this perfume for many years, but this was my first time purchasing it from your website.

The issue is that the color of the product is completely different from what I’ve used before. I initially thought it could be a minor variation, but upon further use, I noticed that the scent does not last as it should. Previously, the fragrance would stick to my skin and clothes, but after trying it five times, it didn’t last even for two hours. This has led me to believe that the product may not be authentic.and it is fake

Beware of Fake Products and Terrible Customer Service

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this company. I purchased a perfume, only to find out that it was clearly a counterfeit. The scent didn’t match the original at all, and the packaging was cheap and poorly made. It was evident that this was not a genuine product, which is incredibly frustrating, especially when you expect to be getting what you pay for.

To make matters worse, when I reached out to customer service, I was met with unhelpful and rude responses. I explained my issue and asked for a refund or exchange, but the representative was dismissive and seemed uninterested in resolving my problem. It was a complete waste of time and left me feeling completely dissatisfied with both the product and the service.

I strongly urge anyone considering buying from this company to think twice. If you want authentic products and decent customer support, look elsewhere.

Extremely Disappointed - Worst Customer Service Experience

I placed an order (order:OR660336) for Clive Christian perfume worth $136.85 from MaxAroma and never received it. According to UPS, they marked the package as "delivered," but the proof they provided isn't valid—there was no signature, and the package was left at the dock, not at my address. I opened a claim with UPS, but they closed it, citing that "proof of delivery" was provided, which is misleading and not actual evidence of delivery.
I contacted UPS to appeal the decision, and they informed me that MaxAroma can reopen the case. So, I reached out to MaxAroma multiple times via email, asking them to reopen the case and assist with this issue. Unfortunately, they completely ignored my requests, offering no assistance or resolution.
At this point, I’m considering filing a complaint with the FTC and taking legal action. This is a huge waste of time and money, and the lack of customer support is shocking. I would not recommend shopping with MaxAroma based on this experience. Stay away if you value your money and peace of mind.

not authentic products

A while ago, due to a mistake and the influence of some YouTubers, I decided to make a purchase from this site. The perfume I received doesn’t seem bad, but the batch code has been erased (and there is even some remnants of the code, clearly removed with acetone or something similar). Always be sure that when you receive something at an unbelievably low price, something is wrong with it. Even after I contacted customer support, I didn’t get any response. This was my first purchase from Maxaroma, and I’m sure it will be my last. I hope I’ve been able to help others make a better choice.

P.S. The batch code on the box also showed as "invalid" on the Checkfresh .
