I received 3 expired articles (expired of many months). Had to insist to customer service to get a full refund for these products, since I was initially only offered 15% discount to re-buy the same 3 products again, and told that even if expired I could still consume the food, which sounded like a bad joke!

Awesome products, awesome service!
I had ordered a package, which was delivered two days ahead of schedule. I'm especially enjoying the bars, which have just the right amount of flavor without sweetness to make them interesting. I'm doing cyclic keto so they're the perfect thing to get me back on track after my cheat days. I'd asked for help on my second order and I was promptly attended. Prices are also unbeatable, to be honest, especially for the swiss market. They'll no dissappoint, try them!
