Worst company ever. I wanted to get the Canyon bike and was offered Oney payment, I follow the link, everything is fine and the payment goes through! The money is gone from account, but i receive nothing, no confirmation no contract!
I call them and of course to call you have to pay to talk to them even though they are useless!!
I was told that my money it will take a week before i get, that due to a bug my folder got rejected but i didn't even get any rejection. And worse i cannot reuse it until the system reboots which takes 2 weeks!!
I am not sure what kind of bullshit they are telling people!!
At this point i just want my money back and nothing to do with oney!

Waiting for a refund and they always say "it is in a process" so until now I still don’t have my refund and will still be paying the charges, we made a complaint and made the letter of "14 jours de retraction " and until now there is no response and no help or whatsoever! I don’t recommend this service go somewhere else they are not very helpful.

Review: Disappointing Experience with IKEA and OneY Financing
I recently placed an order through IKEA and chose to pay via OneY financing. My first installment of €319.31 has already been deducted from my account, yet when I contacted IKEA regarding my order, they had no record of it.
This is extremely frustrating, as I have already made a payment but have no confirmation or information about my purchase. IKEA customer service was unhelpful, simply stating that they had no details of the transaction. Meanwhile, OneY has already taken my money.
I expected better from a company like IKEA. Now I’m stuck between IKEA and OneY, with no clear resolution. Be very careful if you choose to use their financing option!

ONEY HAS REFUSED TO SUPPLY STATEMENTS FOR CREDIT CARDS FOR THE PERIOD ENDING DECEMBER 24.12.2024 & JANUARY 24.12.2024 DESPITE REPEATED REQUESTS IN BOTH FRENCH AND ENGLISH. ONEY HAVE ALSO NOT PROVIDED DETAILS TO MY BANK. THE AMOUNTS TAKEN SEEM IMPOSSIBLY HIGH AND DON'T SEEM TO BEAR ANY RELATIONSHIP TO MY ACCOUNTS. IT APPEARS TO ME THAT A SUBSTANTIAL AMOUNT OF THIS MONEY MAY HAVE BEEN MISUSED - MY ADVISE - DON'T DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE

Customer service is so horrible.
They contacted to inform that couldn’t take money from my Visa card for the last payment While my card is available for payment . I have contacted customer service but no help . And now they charge more 10€ for late payment.
After finishing this I’m going to delete my Oney account
I was charged for a purchase I didn’t do.
I don’t even have an account on this website.

I've paid with Oney and the order was declined and without any reason they refund me the first payment without informing .
Didn't recommend to use this payment methods . and shame to Ikea for working with such a scam company

I was really liking their service, very quick, on point and no issues overall. I had 4 credits in the past, all paid on time, no issues at all. Today I tried buying another product through their service and got declined without no apparent reason, Customer support couldn't care less about my issue and replied in a passive-aggressive manner telling me 'we don't have any obligation providing a reason.' It's not the fact that they declined my credit, it's the fact that there's no transparency regarding declines, I don't see why they'd decline my credit when I had another 4 successfully paid credits without issues around the same amount or even more expensive. I kept looking at reviews and even if customers or ex-customers leave reviews in English, their 'PR' team still respond in French. =)))
Since a few years they never accept and they never tell you why, even though you always have pay before.
I don't understand this business...
1 star because of the lack of transparency and the frustration of having to fulfill the form for the the same result every time.
Impossible de me connecter sur un ordinateur. La validation par l'application est rejetée.
Après contact avec le service client, on me fait désinstaller l'appli. Miracle j'ai maintenant accès sur ordi.
Mais il est mtnt impossible de réinstaller l'application. Je suis bloqué à la validation mobile.
Je reçois pourtant le code de validation mais l'application reste bloquée. Super. Et pas de solution donnée
