OMG Jessica in customer support is the best! My site wasn't loading on my laptop; I kept getting expired SSL certificate errors even though Jessica was able to verify that the certificate was current.
I am not a web designer and know zilch about the technical aspects. But I felt like I was in good hands. Jessica was kind and patient and was ready to work the problem until she figured it out - it took over an hour! She even gave me suggestions on how to prevent this from happening in the future. Jessica is amazing at her job - do whatever you have to to keep her! Kudos to her and to whoever trained her.
Customer service like this is exactly why I chose Pressable and why I will stay with you folks!

The features Pressable offers are now essentials for us: database syncing, site copying, hack recovery, guaranteed uptime, and server failover. It's been a game-changer. Sure, there are a few minor features missing, but nothing we find ourselves missing on a daily basis.
Pressable has simplified hosting for us. Our confidence in our sites running smoothly and staying up without problems have been reaffirmed. Since switching, our uptime alerts have been silent, a stark contrast to the frequent alerts from our previous host.
