The technicians were given the wrong address by your AI moron. When they arrived did not check to see if gas was flowing. It had been shut off automatically by earthquake detector. Instead gave us an estimate for over $1000 in repairs!!
The next day a plumber came to check hot water tank which has quit heating. When gas was turned on , the dryer worked fine!! So overall I was dissatisfied with service. One more thing , the wrong credit card was entered and triggered a fraud alert for our bank! So I had to straighten that out so my wife's card could be entered. Overall not a good experience

I’ve had two confirmed appointments where I stayed home from work, only to have both rescheduled more than a week later. Their virtual phone system is incredibly frustrating—appointments are confirmed quickly, but it feels like they never intended to follow through.
When the repair technician finally arrived, he was excellent—professional and courteous. Unfortunately, he needed to order a part, which took another week to arrive. After that, I had three more confirmed appointments that were all rescheduled. At this point, I had gone four weeks without a working refrigerator/freezer, and had to throw away everything inside.
When the technician returned, he again did a great job. But the repair only lasted about two weeks before the same issue returned. I scheduled another appointment, and—unsurprisingly—no one showed up. Now I’m rescheduled again, 11 days out.
I was told they allow three repair attempts before considering a replacement. Based on my experience, this could mean waiting up to six months for a resolution. I simply cannot go another day without a refrigerator, let alone several more months.
This policy and service have been a complete waste of time and money. I give up. I’m going out tonight to buy a new refrigerator—with no hope of reimbursement or restitution. I will never deal with this company again and will make sure everyone I know or bump into in the future is aware of how poorly they treat their customers.
My repair person was scheduled to be here between 8am-12 noon. He texted me that he was running late, and would be here around 1:30or 2pm. He then let me know that he was still running late. He finally arrived after 3pm!! The repair was taken care of, but the delay in arriving is not acceptable!!
