The order didn’t come as quick as I expected and one bottle had been opened, (the spray nozzle was loose). It took a few responses to emails on my part to get a resolution but they did resolve everything to my satisfaction by refunding me 20% of the total price of the order.
I also liked a few of the scents with Rouge Atlantic being my favorite. I don’t know if they actually smell like the real colognes, I really didn’t care about that I just wanted to try a few scents and I liked a few of them. I liked more of them than when I went to Sephora where I tried 50 different scents and barely liked a couple of them. Word of warning, don’t keep putting the cap on and taking it off, sooner or later the spray nozzle may come off, it will be stuck in the cap. I give it three stars because I feel I did get what I wanted and they did resolve all issues to my satisfaction. It’s like they’re a young company and they have a few kinks to work out, but once they do they’ll get better ratings.

Bought 3 bottles of colognes 3 times for a total of 9 different clones. But nine lasted very long. I was very dissatisfied. I would not recommend anything from this seller.

Absolute scam. You're enrolled in a monthly membership subscription upon initial purchase. This is not clearly communicated but probably buried deep in the T&C's.

In the automated billing email, when it gives you the option to manage your subscription it routes you to a dead link (404 error). So you effectively cannot opt out of this monthly cost.

I have not received my item and have consistently received automated email responses when contacting customer service. I advise against wasting your time and money on this company, as it appears to be a scam.

You can only rate a product if you receive it. Thats the story with KLONE. I never received the product and the company did not respond to nay queries whatsoever.

If I could I would leave 0 stars. The product is horrible, it took 1 month to deliver, and I keep getting a subscription charge that they have guaranteed they canceled.

Do noyt order from this company. I have ordered 30 days ago and still have not recieved my products. I have ordered 6 bottles and when I write to them and ask where my order is, They tell me that they are busy and overwhelemed. Great. I ask if my order has even shipped and they say..its on its way.. When i track it...it says nothing about it being shipped. They already have my money.

I ordered one scent for $19.99 from them on August 5th snd received it, however, today (September 5th) I realized that I have been charged $29.99 TWICE! Once on September 2nd and again on September 4th. I was looking at those charges confused until I realized it came from Klone. I don’t even have an account with them since I only bought one scent. I sent them an email but I am disputing these charges with my bank. Absolutely ridiculous and unethical!

BUYER BEWARE! Klone Scents is a COMPLETE SCAM! I ordered a buy 2, get 1 free deal and waited 3 weeks to get my product. After I received the product, I was really disappointed with how awful the colognes smelled. They hardly smelled like anything and make your clothes and skin smell like isopropyl alcohol.

I emailed the company for help in processing a return and they emailed me back saying that they can’t accept returns. This is a HUGE SCAM in the works and I can’t wait until this fraudulent company gets shut down in our state/country.

They also are unaware of the fact that false advertisement is a crime. On their website they are claiming that they are able to carry out “stress free returns,” however that is not true! Not honoring that claim is a form of false advertisement. FYI: False or misleading advertising can be a crime, leading to both criminal and civil penalties depending on the specific circumstances and jurisdiction. Federal laws, such as those enforced by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and state laws, like in California, prohibit deceptive practices and can result in fines, imprisonment, and civil penalties

I’m still in the process of trying to get my full refund back and all they’re claiming they can do is a partial refund. If you're reading this and haven’t bought anything from this company, you made the right decision to do your homework. Don’t make the same mistake tons of us have made by being scammed by these a**holes. Take your business elsewhere.

thing from these people you might get your stuff then they put you in a subscription for 29.99 a month and it's damn near impossible to cancel after calling 20 times. And the this stuff smells nothing like the real stuff.

They stole my card info and won’t return emails , don’t buy from here , stay away

Absolutely horrible. Took weeks to show up. Was impossible to get a hold of anyone. Now they are randomly charging my card and have done so 3 different times since I made a purchase. Try Scentbird, this company is a scam. Have been positing on Instagram they are going out of business for weeks due to tariffs but still operating and scamming customers with insanely long wait times and the inability to get in touch with a human.

I ordered from them twice and both times nothing was shipped. SCAAAAAAM! If you already placed an order make sure to charge back with you credit card company.

Ordered 1st of December its now March 13th still nothing. I got an email from a Carla back in mid January. My order stayed in limbo at a shenzen warehouse for a month no update and then the tracking number expired. Part of me wanted to believe its on the way still now reading all these complaints I'm convinced this isa SCAM!!! stupid me. What a waste.

They are scammer. I paid for a product in December 2024 and till date i have not received it. someone replied my email offering me a refund or wait 5 business days for my order to be shipped. Today is march 7, 2025 nothing has happened. THEY ARE SCAMMERS

Total scam. I've sent several emails. Called the customer service number and no one answers. If anyone has an idea on what to do I'd sure like to hear it.

BEWARE! Scam. They pretend as a US company but that's not true. Didn't know it is shipping from china. Placed my order in mid Nov 24. after 2 weeks I got a msg that due to heavy holiday order it will take longer. I kept sending emails but no one replied. the email id wasn't even working. It was virtually unreachable. I got another email id from shopify and finally got a msg from one Carla confirming my order shipped and provided tracking. for 2 and half months tracking was showing in transit. you can not communicate as if you send message to carrier all communication changes to Chinese. Last week status abruptly changed and it shows delivered already 3 weeks back. pure scam and shopify is also part of it. Lost $100. Opened a case with my bank already. Since Dec 8 24, I did not hear back from seller even after sending numerous emails. BEWARE!
