Hi Kathleen,
We’re sorry to hear about the situation you’re experiencing. After carefully checking our entire customer database, billing system, and subscription records, we could not find any account, payment, or purchase history under your name or any variation of it. There are also no charges in our system that match the details you described.
SMRT Algo can only charge a customer after they personally complete a checkout through our website and receive a receipt by email. If we have no record of a transaction, it means we have never processed a payment for that card.

You mentioned regretting your lifetime purchase. Regarding trials, TradingView does not provide a secure method for trial access to private indicators—once access is given, it cannot be restricted without permanently revoking it. A few clarifications that should help anyone reading:

1-minute charts are the noisiest place to trade. You’ll naturally see more signals (and more whipsaws) on lower timeframes. Our guidance is to take bias from higher timeframes (1H/4H) and, if you want fast entries, drop to 5–15m (or 1–5m only when market conditions are clean). Markets are fractal, but “less is more” on execution when volatility is choppy.

“Signals changing” while a candle is forming isn’t repainting. Our signals are confirmed on candle close (always). During a live bar, conditions can appear to trigger and then invalidate—this is expected on very low timeframes. Wait for the bar to close (or enable “confirm on close” behavior) before acting. This is due to how tradingview works.

Use confluence, not a single arrow. In Pro V3/V4 you can:

Turn on the Trend/MA filter (e.g., Power MA or MA Filter) to avoid trading against the prevailing move.

Combine structure/Supply-Demand with the signal (V3 includes S/D; Lifetime adds Smart Money Toolkit for advanced structure tools).

Avoid mixed dashboards—if higher TFs are split, stand aside or reduce size.

Risk management is non-negotiable. No indicator removes the need for position sizing and max loss rules. Many members cap risk at 0.5–1% per trade, avoid stacking multiple correlated positions, and prefer pullback entries rather than chasing the first print. Your note about waiting for retracements is sound—couple it with structure/S&D zones and the trend filter.

Learning resources. Inside our Discord you’ll find pinned quick-start guides, strategy walk-throughs, and member examples (including higher-timeframe bias + lower-timeframe entry templates). We take claims like this seriously, but this review is misleading and unfair. It is impossible for us to take money from an account without an authorized purchase.

Every payment made to SMRT Algo requires manual checkout by the customer and goes through secure payment processors.

If you truly believe an unauthorized payment was made using your card, this may indicate a stolen card or fraudulent use by someone else, not SMRT Algo taking funds without permission. Please contact us directly with the email or payment reference used so we can help investigate and assist you in resolving the issue.

Leaving public claims like this without attempting to resolve the matter first unfairly damages our reputation, especially when thousands of legitimate customers use SMRT Algo every day with full transparency and control of their payments.

To clarify — there are no “timezone tricks” or hidden policies in our billing system.

Subscriptions renew exactly one month from the original purchase time, down to the minute. This timestamp is fixed from when the user first signed up and applies globally, regardless of time zone.

In this case, the renewal was processed at 2:33 AM — exactly one month after the original signup.

**The user themselves acknowledged that the cancellation was completed at 6:43 AM - hours after the renewal had already been processed.**

Despite this, their initial claim was that they were charged after canceling — which was factually incorrect. Once that was disproven, the argument shifted to a timezone issue, which again does not apply. The renewal followed the original subscription time exactly, as always. This customer initially claimed they were charged after canceling, they later acknowledged this timeline. No service was withheld, and our billing process functioned exactly as described during checkout.

We provide clear billing terms at checkout, reminders before renewal, and an easy self-service cancellation option in the account dashboard.

We hope this clears up any confusion and wish the user the best moving forward.
