Unimeal combines nutrition and training in one place. Subscription without hidden payments, which is rare. Easily adapted plans to my schedule - super.

I subscribe because the functionality is good: there are many workout plans, you can choose one for the day of the week. But the quality of the nutrition and recipes leaves much to be desired - not enough variability for different diets. The support team responds, but not always on topic.

I found exactly what I was looking for in Unimeal: a variety of workouts and a convenient progress diary. In the app, you can quickly select a program for your goal - weight loss, muscle correction or maintaining shape. The nutrition for them is selected wisely: calorie content is calculated automatically, the recipes are tasty and easy to prepare. The subscription is transparent: I clearly know what I'm paying for and can change the plan at any time. I really like that everything is in Russian and clear. Smart timing of workouts keeps motivation high.

Convenience and transparent subscription without hidden payments are a huge plus. Personalization really helps, but I would like more recipes for local products and menu options for the week.

Horrible company they have defrauded me for quite a bit of money and refuse to refund!!

The combination of a subscription without hidden fees and personal plans is awesome. The convenience of the application is on point. But I wish the workout section was a little more structured and you could save your favorite programs.

What makes me stick with it is the personalization. From small hydration reminders to smart snack tips, it feels like the app adapts to me, not the other way around. It’s like having a quiet coach encouraging me without pressure.

I am impressed by how the app takes into account my goals and activity level. A subscription without hidden fees and additional charges is a rarity. Everything works smoothly, the interface is intuitive, I customized it for myself in a couple of clicks.

Cooking was something I avoided since it always felt like too much work. But the app gives me quick recipes with step-by-step guidance, and now I can make meals in minutes. Even when I get home late, I can still eat something healthy without stress.

What surprised me most is how easy it is to stay consistent. I don’t feel like I’m following a strict diet—it just blends into my daily routine. The workouts are short and the meals are practical, which makes it sustainable even with my busy schedule.

I really appreciate the flexibility. Some days I just don’t feel like eating what’s planned, and with one tap I can switch it. The program adjusts, so I never feel guilty or stuck. That sense of freedom is why I keep using it.

Convenient menu, clear plans and transparent subscription. Super simple navigation. 5 stars

The subscription does not indicate that the fee for the caching is a separate one. The coaching is done by an AI bot, that has not even been trained well, as it does not understand most of the out if the ordinary things. The advices are so basic that anyone with some common sense can think of it.
The hours of fasting you can keep yourself with a watch.. It’s a scam basically.

I'm glad that I can rely on personalized plans and diet. The app is convenient, it fills out without delays. I would like more customization options for the daily schedule.

The app is straightforward, and everything I need is in one place. The coaches give useful guidance, and support always replies quickly. I’ve built a routine of balanced eating and short workouts that I actually enjoy.
