This is an absolute bait and switch. The advertised sweater looks absolutely nothing like the sweater I received, and the company refused to take a return. The quality is cheap and horrible. This is a complete scam!

I ordered in May 2022 and still have not received my makeup. I found this company for an Instagram influencer who raved about the makeup. She even said when she reordered, she never received her items and never heard back from her rep. This is a complete scam. I’ve emailed countless times and at first was told it was shipping delays and now my emails are not deliverable.

Fake website. ordered one month back order never received, follow up emails are ignored and misuse of my payment card. BE CAREFUL DON'T ORDER!

Ordered 3 weeks ago, no tracking number and no delivery, telephone number doesn’t exist

Ordered 2 bottles weeks ago and no tracking update, no response to my emails so had to raise it with my bank to get my money back. Do not buy!

They are fraud. My order is not delivered after more than a month and they put fake phone number even in US

They stole my money i did an order in jan and now we are 24-march 2023 i didnt receive anything, they didnt reply on my emails too im in dubai

don't buy any products from them I placed 2 orders at the beginning and it was ok then the last 2 orders were since October last year and they didn't send them or answer a hundred emails I sent asking about my orders they are fraud although they sell their products here in the UAE I can't manage to get a phone number to call them FRAUD COMPANY BE CAREFUL.

I do not advise people to buy from this fraudulent company. They are swindlers. I asked for a request twelve days ago and they didn't even send it, they took the money and didn't send the request. I called them, they don't answer, I sent emails, they don't respond, even the feature to cancel the order doesn't exist. They are scammers and the worst company ever. They have no credibility or interest in customers.

Do not order from this company. I ordered foundation over 3 weeks ago and have received no product or an email regarding when I would receive my item. I have emailed this company on several occasions with no response. Customer service is dreadful. Under the consumer rights act 2015 you are in breach of failure to deliver within a reasonable time. Please deliver my item without undue delay

Never received item; no tracking number, no response from customer service, no money back. Too bad I did not read the reviews before. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

Never ever order from them, they took the money and never send the shipment
I contacted them by email, they said its from postal office. They were delaying and promising till 2 months. Then they stop answering
I figured out that after 2 months my bank can’t claim the money back.
I wish they all burn with the money they steal from people or they spent they healing themselves from the most dangerous diseases in life .

I made 2 orders 3 weeks back, and tried to cancel one of them. Eventually i ended up without any orders and they didn’t give me my money back, my total purchase is 120$! I sent several mails but they never responded!
