DISASTER!
Paid 25 euro for a product, plus 9.95 euros for shipment (!!). On the next day I cancelled the order. They didn't care, they dispatched on the next day after I sent my email. Now I want to return it, and they charge ANOTHER 9.95 euros for it! So I will spend 20 euros and end up with nothing. And this is even more dissapointing because I cancelled my order before it was dispatched! Can't believe this website has a 4.5 score in Truspilot. Must be all bots.

The packages(8) were left outside the house in plain view and not delivered to a person. The parasol legs bought with the umbrellas are not suitable because they are too light (the umbrellas do not stand). Request for a return made for the feet but paid and only one return ticket for three boxes. several contact attempts via the site form remain unanswered. two weeks that I would like to return these packages but not possible for the moment without a response from them. The professionalism of this sales site leaves something to be desired.

06-24-25 : despite having followed the procedure described above (which I had already done 2 times) still no news regarding my return request after 5 days. Many words but no actions
06-26-25 : Toujours pas de nouvelles de la société. Je commence à me demander si je ne me suis pas fait arnaquer par ce site de vente ?! Ils sont très rapide pour vendre tout et n'importe quoi soi disant compatible (le parasol et le pied de parasol proposé en lien) puis l'acheteur peut aller se faire voir avec des "excuses" quand on leur fait une mauvaise presse.

Very delayed delivery and can’t trust the process.
I had ordered a parasol and tiles separately, on 22-April. All was supposed to be delivered in few days . Got the tiles in 3 days, however every week they are saying that the parasol will be delivered. 3 weeks passed, and still they are asking for more time

Helaas hebben wij van onze leverancier vernomen dat er door onvoorziene omstandigheden vertraging is opgelopen. Hierdoor heeft de levering aan onze klanten ook vertraging opgelopen, waarvoor onze excuses. We vinden dit erg vervelend.



We verwachten uw bestelling uiterlijk a.s. donderdag te kunnen versturen. U ontvangt per mail een bericht zodra uw bestelling is verzonden.

Ordered two sets of waterproof and warm gloves, they where neither. What a waste of my money

I needed new sheets and conveniently found some on VoordeelVanger.nl. They were advertised as "hotel quality" sheets, but after a few weeks in use and after two washes they already looked like they had been in use for +10 years. I have never seen sheets of such bad quality. Be careful when navigating this site. Maybe some products are OK but mine were definitely a scam.

The promoted an HP laptop on a limited offer discount off the incredible price 329 Euros from 1.599. The real price of this laptop on all serious sites is actually 250 euros. So double check the stuff that you want to buy from this site. They are just liars using a lie based marketing adds.

I don't recommend this site, and because if these outrageous lie i don't trust buying from them.
