Although not receiving one of the summer edition boxes, the customer service team made sure to send me a new one at no charge. The customer happiness team is always super helpful, friendly and very quick to reply. I recommend Gambettes box to friends with my eyes closed. The collections are beautiful and the service is lovely. Xx

Great design, great service. Just like any more-than-basic tights, they're delicate. So be careful with them so you can enjoy the beautiful tights for as long as possible.

Designs are nice but most of them break within 1 maybe 2 wears. Some you already break before even leaving the house..... unfortunately the quality is just not there.. and this happened with over 7 designs I received. They do replace them if you email them but they break just as quickly again.

I ordered the Christmas box 2023 on 3 December as a present. They promised delivery before Christmas for this order date and I still have not received the box! Today is 6 January 2024.

I have paid in full, received an order confirmation by email with no further shipping details to date and no options to receive a refund!

It is near impossible to find any contact details on their website, and when I finally found one hidden away on a legal notice page, I emailed them on 1 January 2024 and still have not received a reply.

Truly disappointing… and I want my money back!

I WANT IMMEDIATELY THE OPERATION NUMBER OF REFUND. YOU DIDN'T SOLVE ANYTHING, YOU JUST MADE A BIG DAMAGE STEALING OVER 400 EUROS. To all customers: BE CAREFUL AND UNSUBSCRIBE THE SUBSCRIPTION, their customer service sucks.

I'm on my third subscription (on and off for years now) to Gambettes and am still really happy! For the price, the tights are great quality and I always get a lot of compliments. The only issue I had was resolved quickly and easily by their customer service who sente a new pair of tights. Would recommend them completely!

The giftcard I purchased did not download, so that I did not have the gift ready for its use for the person who had her birthday. The website is very bad, emails are unclear and have spelling mistakes. A lot more attention to a stable online environment is urgently required. Despite trying to download it through three different browsers and changing all cookie settings it did not work. Let's hope the panties are better if they ever appear.....

Last month I ordered my first box, I thought I'd just check it out after following the Gambettesbox newsletter for a while and then end my subscription. The stockings are so pretty and really good quality! I did not expect this box to make me so giddy <3

The packaging was well taken care of, even though the postman kinda ripped the package nothing was damaged.

My size was between an M and an L on their size chart, I went for the L and the stockings fit me perfectly.

I am curious about what I'll be sent for the summer accessories, so I'll be staying subscribed xD

For a bit less than €16 it is a good deal. I'm looking forward to getting sent fun stockings I'll love, but would never buy for myself.

I was a little apprehensive at first and just wanted to order for one month, then cancel if the tights weren't good. When they arrived I was incredibly happy to find out that they were good quality, and even after biking and wearing them regularly, none of them have ripped. It's really fun to see the new design each month and the tights are super comfortable. Considering that most patterned tights I see cost roughly 15€ for one, I think the price is pretty good and I find the designs really cute, so I definitely recommend Gambettes if you enjoy patterned tights!

Almost all my tights ripped after wearing them once. I was promised to get an exchange of my November tights. I reminded them several times and I’m still waiting. The quality is really crappy.

Not happy with the tights so I emailed to stop my subscription. No response, still took money from my account. Emailed them again, contacted them via Instagram and contact sheet. Still nothing! Please don't subscribe here since it's apparently impossible to stop your subscription.
