Easy to set up policy. Great discount for 2 cars. Recently had a broken window, got it replaced without any problems under the policy. Would recommend as an insurer.

Je suis navré de votre retour. Pour changer votre RIB, il vous suffit de vous rendre dans votre Espace Perso, rubrique Mes paiements > Modifier mes infos bancaires. Attention, le titulaire du compte doit être le même que celui du contrat. Nos équipes et moi-même restons à votre disposition.

Terrible customer service!!

Terrible customer service!!! You can't resolve anything online everything has to be over phone where the agents constantly hang up on you. It's a nightmare.

Too many interlocutors. We have to start from scratch with each one as a result a lot of errors !!!

May I suggest you send a form to the prospective client to fill online and then review on the telephone if any information or questions are needed.
