Placed order on Feb 2nd. Order still says processing. Phone number is out of service, so is company email.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! IT IS A SCAM!!

I purchased fragrances from this company and they didn’t send me my product. I sent them several emails and they didn’t respond. I gave a one star because you can’t give us zero Do not purchase from this company unless you want to be ripped off !!

Total scam!!! Ordered, Dec 7, it said 3-5 business days. Nothing. Finally got in touch with the owner, Roman (got his personal number because the business number doesn't work), he promised up and down it would be sent out. Never heard back and he stopped answering completely. I tried to give him another shot and had a mutual friend reach out. Roman magically answered, and was provided with the same order info again. Again, he promised it would be sent out, this time with a tracking number. Guess what? Again nothing and he stopped answering the mutual friend. This business is a complete fraud!!!!

I am ready to call the better business bureau. They never answer their phones and do not respond to emails. They are in NY and I will be contacting the Netter Business Bureau about their practices.

I placed a order August 2 and still haven't received my order. I've emailed, no response. I've called it rings and then I received a message unable to leave a message. This company seems to be a scam and I've learned my lesson. Please do no order anything from them.

They started scamming. This was never an issue in the past. New management is scamming. It's been 3 months since I've placed my order but there's been no updates. Can't even contact the support.

SCAM company. Took 3 months to arrive, everything was hot, spilled and reeked of alcohol. Contacted the company for a refund multiple times with no response. DO NOT purchase anything from this "company"

My cousin bought one paid 95$ dollars, never got it. Nevertheless PAYPAL reimburse it. They are literally scammers

They are literally a SCAM i ordered it 4 months ago. Order never arrived. I talked to PAYPAL they reimbursed me

Unleashed is a Total scam. Took my money and never sent my order. Customer service email is bogus and no one responds to it, contact number is fake as well. It just rings and rings and rings and rings. This company needs to have their website pulled from the internet, so no one else becomes a victim. They are total frauds. Period. Now I have to start a claim through PayPal an attempt to get a refund.

I ordered on July 6 and received an email stating it would be 3-5 days for shipping. I emailed several times, left a couple of messages on their customer service and even tried calling without any luck. No response at all. I’ve reached out to my financial institution and filed a claim against them to get a refund. Bad business practices. Avoid at all cost.

Wish I could give them 0 stars. I know someone who has ordered several perfumes from here so I decided to give it a try. I’m not sure how long ago they ordered from this company but my experience was horrible. I placed my order 2 weeks ago and all I have is my order confirmation email. They do not answer the phone (it goes to voicemail and their mailbox is full) and they don’t answer emails. I have no idea where my order is or if I’ll ever receive it. I now have to dispute the charges with my bank. Avoid this company at all costs.

Have ordered from them previously. Was able to speak to someone for an order of mine and informed me there were many changes they were making to their domain and updating items which cause a bit of back track but they seem to be managing well. Very nice service from this company and will be receiving my packages soon.

I ordered 2 bottles 3.5 weeks ago. They created a USPS label 15 days later, but have not actually given USPS that package and it's been like 10 days. I tried contacting them through their website, text and phone. No one responds. This company definitely has the feels of a scam. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Wish I could give it zero stars. It’s been 3 weeks and I have not received my order. I had to do a dispute. This is the worst company, along with the worst customer service

Save your money and avoid. I received a really sour perfume. They allegedly have a return policy, but I’ve emailed multiple times and received no response. I know they check because they responded when I asked about my order after it had not shipped well over a week after I placed it. Once they’ve got your money, you’re SOL for help. Definitely don’t trust the return policy. I don’t usually leave product reviews but I have a big issue with terrible or nonexistent customer service (after you’ve spent your money). Especially given how incredibly easy it is to respond to an email, or for a customer to advertise a bad company.
