Items easily go missing in the post and you have to continually chase very who do not ever resolve it and keep passing you around!
Too much hassle won’t be ordering again
Item was returned to very through no fault of my own and I was not informed. I had to reorder at a higher price and arrange a price adjustment plus wait for the refund on the first order. Hassle I don’t need at Christmas

Why does a company like very use a incompetent delivery service ArrowXL?
My delivery was due 9th December as chosen on the Very website during checkout.
I received the tracking information confirming my TV would be delivered as planned on the 9th. It never arrived.
Today I receive a call from an ArrowXL delivery driver saying it would be delivered, I was not at home, the driver told me he would deliver it tomorrow which I agreed but.....I received a email to select a new date and no deliveries are available until the 18th December. I called the driver back WITHIN 5 minutes to ask if he could deliver today to a neighbour ....HE REFUSED AND LAUGHED DOWN THE PHONE saying it wasn't his issue even though he had lied during the initial phone call. Awful experience will never order again.
TV developed a fault after 2 days
TV developed a fault after 2 days. Very told me I would need to contact samsung. Samsung have now sent out a repair company who confirmed the panel has gone and the tv needs replaced. Samsung have issued an RMA number and now cannot get through to anyone in Very to organise the replacement. Online returns not possible as its a large item. Calling the Very phone number just puts you on perpetual hold. Their customer service is shocking for replacement of faulty goods!
Worst Experience And The Worst Customer Service
I ordered an item that was shown as “in stock” on December 1st, with an estimated delivery date of December 6th. On the 6th, nothing arrived. When I checked the tracking again, the delivery date had suddenly changed to December 22nd without any explanation.
I contacted customer service after waiting more than an hour on hold. The agent I finally reached offered no solution and didn’t even apologise, despite the fact that I had paid delivery fees. The attitude was rude and dismissive, as if I was the one at fault for simply asking for information.
During a previous call, another agent had actually offered me a commercial gesture, but the line cut. When I called back, I was told there was “no record” of that call even though the service claims that calls are recorded. Completely unacceptable.
This is by far the most unprofessional and frustrating customer service I have ever dealt with. I will never order from this website again, and I absolutely do not recommend it to anyone.

Ive never had any issues with ordering or returns anytime with Very always smooth processing. The delivery service however is a different matter, i had to go seek and find my order the other day, as driver left it at wrong address round the corner, no number and a very poor dark photograph, luckily i tried the address with same number as me and he found it on his doorstep the next morning, just not acceptable

These guys are a joke. Declining fully paid for orders for no good reason. Offering credit then declining it after approval and orders being placed.
They actually advised me to shop elsewhere after wasting my time for 2 whole weeks. Still waiting on my refund too.

32 inch TV
Ordered a TV for my grandson for Christmas I was a bit suspicious about the box and decided to open it. Unfortunately, the screen was damaged (cracked) so I had the inconvenience of returning it. Just happy that I opened it and didn't wrap it up as it would have been a big disappointment. I was still disappointed, my advice is it should have been packed better and more securely for transport.

I love the products but the delivery service was a bit hit and miss it took quite awhile for the products to be delivered. They tried delivering it to her address which is 200 yards of the road then it took over a week to get to my address.
