The worst support since Comcast
Every single time I have to contact Zendesk support I am flabbergasted by the incompetence. The latest example: if a bug in their system prevents me from assigning a new agent to an open seat on my account, I should not have to speak with 5 different people and spend 4 days explaining over and over again that we are only using 10 of 12 seats, despite what their system says.
If you're a call center that doesn't care about providing or receiving quality support, Zendesk is one of many reasonable options.
If you actually care about providing and receiving quality support, run in the opposite direction as fast as you can.

As a loyal client for over 8 years, I've always had great customer service interactions in the past. However, when we reached out to cancel our service, the experience was absolutely disappointing. This is online information for this Company. If they do not vet the companies they are supposed to support - Honest Companies in an HONORABLE and HONEST way. How can ANYONE trust them nomatter their claims ? More gangsters on the make. I was always raised with a saying - you will never find an honest, rich 'businessman' or 'woman' for that matter. They all cheat and then buy crooked lawyers to get them off. Be wary what and where you buy, people ! There are lots of good companies too with good products, customer service etc.

I do not like that so many steps need to be done just to send an email.
Easy to miss some thing
All tickets do not always come to me so I have to look through the "unassigned" which takes so long, very easy to miss something because of that. Harder to keep up if someone responded to something that was sent. Sometimes multiple tickets for the same thing. Going back to look at the trail of everything can be confusing as well.

The search engine has lots of room for improvement. Changing columns and searching for specific artifacts separate from the search bar should be implemented. Open ticket tabs should be moveable with a click and drag feature. Tickets should be linkable.
My biggest gripe with Zendesk is mainly due to the search engine lacking standard features that are not difficult to implement.

One thing I dislike is on the home page, when you have read an update, the update does not disappear. Also, when a reply is made on an ticket, the status does not change.
Extreme Disappointment
I'm quite disappointed in the support we are getting from Zendesk. Sure, there's growth and change, but the Zendesk product support is quick to dismiss all of our issues as either user error or that the software just doesn't accommodate that need.

Still getting used to the system.
I find that I have to use many add-ons and workarounds to do basic tasks, and there's too much clicking involved. I guess some of this stuff is useful for a big team that has to handle many ticket transfers, but it seems needlessly complicated for a small team sometimes.
