Ordered scones paid for them then it comes up with you need light bulb you need charger for light bulb and of coarse you need the adhesive tape charged separately couldn’t find cancel order was $114 with ad ones 206 tried to cancel phone number no one answers emailed them told me I have to cancel within 30 minutes so I blocked payment filed complaint still tried calling nothing finale outcome I received scones couldn’t get cooperation from company so I sent back to warehouse unopened they refused to refund my $ 114 pissed

To clarify, our cancellation policy is clearly stated on our website: orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of purchase. After that window, the order is automatically processed and prepared for dispatch, which unfortunately means we’re unable to cancel it manually.
Regarding returns, we do accept unused items within the return window, but they must be sent back following the instructions provided by our support team. Items returned without prior approval or to the incorrect address may not be eligible for a refund, as outlined in our policy.
