Review of The RealReal
The listings are becoming less and less accurate- so we are "buying" shoes for example that should be a size 37 and they end up being like a size 42.
To return them, even though it's the Real Real's fault for not QC'ing the listing- that costs us like 20 dollars to return which is unfair.
Also- a lot of listing are inaccurate. It'll say "Silk blouse- Gucci" but then it'll show a picture of let's say- a t shirt by Alexander McQueen
Lastly- your promos are all the same. Your Black Friday deals were not Black Friday deals- it was the same promotion you always have every month or so.
Ok..also lastly- you take too big of a cut when we consign. And you charge money for mailing checks.
Get it together. I want to love The Real Real, but the quality has declined in the overall customer experience.
BTW I work in marketing. I'm telling you- please fix this for the sake of your jobs/company.
