Great service

Lots of problems getting connected with dojo,as administrative errors continually caused problems. But all sorted now.

Nice and good

Signing up was very straightforward, card machine delivered promptly and was easy to set up. Had a couple of questions which were answered quickly.
All in all a smooth transition from previous provider

Why not a VAT receipt?
Last night, it seemed that every bar and restaurant we went to had a Dojo card payment system. And after each transaction we were give the opportunity to have the receipt emailed to us. Some even made the process easier by displaying a QR code on the terminal.

Today, I got to the office to see that every one of them says "This is not a VAT receipt".

Buyers of vatted products in the UK are entitled to a VAT receipt. It's extremely disingenuous to offer a receipt and it not ba a VAT receipt. The offer should be for a card payment confirmation.

En un principio, cuando te ofrecen el producto, todo parece fantástico, cerramos por vacaciones y llamé para dar de baja el servicio. Y me han cobrado 2 cuotas más, hasta el momento, después de dar de baja el servicio. No hay oficina donde entregar el terminal en mi localidad por lo que me tengo que desplazar a otra localidad a devolverlo. Cuando en un principio ellos sí lo enviaron. Y todavía no ha terminado esto. Cuidado con estos servicios.

i spent more time on the phone resolving issues chargebacks shutting of your account on a weekends when you have staff to pay i did not have a great experience with this company and would not recommend

Dojo have been very easy to deal with. Great communication, answered our queries with straightforward explanations and easy to follow instructions when moving over.

The rep that approached me worked quickly and personably to get me up and running. No hidden costs, everything explained simply. Easy to use handheld device. Cheaper than my old system.

kfir @dojo was next level in addressing all our concerns and was very helpful in getting us moved over to dojo, its great when you save money being small bizniz but most importantly kfir called in many times to make sure everything was all working. we moved from izettle and are saving money already and i must say the app and device for taking card transactions is easy, also we get paid every day. thanks
