Robin was fantastic from start to finish. Explained everything with absolute transparency. The rates we got we over 1% better than anyone else. And device and app were super simple to set up. Highly recommend.

Competitive rates compared to other providers! Machine is very nice with a large screen and quick transactions. Big shout out to Lawrence Chukwu for the support and great service (hopefully managment can treat him to a beer on our behalf)

After attempting to cancel the account within the "one month fee trial", and after requesting the special code for the postage to return within that one month fee trial period, I was issued with a bill of £94. When I showed that I had canceled within the one month fee trial they claim my evidence (emails, with screen shots dated exactly 1 month after the start of the "fee trial period") they have declined to refund the £94. The date I received their machine was the 5th of October, but the machine was sent on the 2nd of October. My request for a code to return the machine was on the 2nd on November, a Sunday. I asked for a phone call, on my email to them, on the 2nd of October, and was emailed a reply that said they are only open Mondays to Fridays. Not my problem. Email sent on the 2nd, records my request for a return code.
They have closed the case, retaining my £94, despite evidence of me requesting a return code exactly in the 2nd, one exact month to the day of the contract being opened, but less than 1 month after receiving the machine from them for my "fee trial".

Constantly phoning no matter how many times we say no. Lie and tell us we've got problems with our current supplier so we should go with them, lie and say they spoke to another member of staff the day before (when we were closed) and said we wanted to work with them.
Constant calls and constant harassment.
From reading other reviews it seems I'm not the only one who has this problem, it's meant I will 100% never go with dojo as this is the method they use.
From reading all other reviews dojo just like to copy and paste the reply saying it's a priority and ask for more details... How about listen to all the reviews and get them to stop cold calling and harrassing businesses instead.
It's obviously not working and you're putting a lot of people off your brand
Update, had a response saying they're looking into it as a priority... Obviously don't even read them or care as it's the same replies to everything

Dojo have called me daily for the past two weeks, hounding me and interrupting my business operations. Several times, I have asked to be removed from their call list, but I continue to receive calls. If you cannot respect me as a business, why would I consider working with you?

So glad we signed up with Dojo - the machines are great and absolutely no problem with connectivity which we've found with other providers in the past. The app is great and very user friendly. Graham who helped us sign up was super helpful and an asset to the team. 👍

So Dojo have the Indian call centres ringing again and again and again despite being told not to call and remove our number. Latest call today 13.42 from 07441 949551. Our last review was removed by DoJo as they reached out for information and because we didn’t feel we wanted to waste more of our time they got it removed so you have the information you require within this review to look into and deal with as between you and Take payments small business lose loads of time during the working day
