A great service from start to end. From talking to sales to getting fully set is fast and easy. Called support twice to help with the Epos integration, both times received professional, friendly and helpful service. The account manager is always on hand too and helped chase our approval along. The Dojo Go card terminal is great, with Wifi and roaming 4g sim card. Support are able to log directly into the terminal to maintain. A 5 star service.

Company outsources new business acquisition to call centres based in India. While not a problem in and of itself, these companies are obviously working in commission and so contact our business multiple times a day despite repeated assertions that we will never purchase anything from cold calls. This is disruptive and indicative of predatory business practises, hence the one star.

Rubbish company they made me sign up and made me wait a few months then i got an email saying application rejected by the underwriters even though my other business is with them for 3-4 years now and take more than half a million a year in cards.
They do not care about your business if it suits them they will beg you to go with them just until you sign up then you are left without any communications.
I had a better offer 1% cheaper from a high street bank so do not think you get a cheaper offer when they tell you we are that much cheaper a month compared to your current provider.
With the high street bank i am saving nearly 1800 a year just on cards thats 2 months mortgage!
My previous review was taken down as they don't want customers to see the truth so this is the edited version.
Also with dojo every year or 6 months you will receive a letter or an email saying you rates will go up.
If you do not need headaches and a stressful time stay away from DOJO
Read other reviews first customers give a review straightaway from signing up but down the line its a different story.
DO NOT GO WITH DOJO check other companied first
We decided to try Dojo, after a rep visited our company, and persuaded us to try. We were tempted as there was a 2 week free trial. Dojo didn’t attract the business we needed, and infact we lost sales. Customer service was lacking, and didn’t contact us to implement the things we needed. We contacted the rep to cancel (within the 2 week free trial). This was not evidentially passed on, and he did not tell us to directly contact the company to cancel. 1 year later a debt company contacted us with a £700 bill. Dojo is company protecting their own interests and misleading customers with “you should have read the small print”

This company have been harassing me for months with constant phone calls, doesn't matter how many times I say im not interested they still call daily cant block there number because they call from different number wouldn't never use them as customers services are rude dont like to hear no dodge this company at all costs wouldn't never recommend

Ofrecen un servicio que luego no pueden dar. Al recibir mi Tpv y configurarlo, un proceso que me dijeron debería durar un par de minutos, se demoró hasta los 15. Cuando voy a realizar el primer cobro para confirmar que está todo correcto, me deniega el pago en hasta 10 ocasiones con diferentes tarjetas, solo al usar una tarjeta MasterCard, se dan cuenta que con Visa no puedo operar. Me envían un tpv nuevo con el supuesto problema subsanado y de nuevo, al realizar el primer cobro da error. Después de esto me llaman para decirme que Visa les ha bloqueado las transacciones a los comercios como el que tengo (gimnasio de entrenamiento personal).
Tramito baja dado que no puedo hacer uso del servicio y me ofrecen un método de devolución con código QR que tampoco puedo usar puesto que no me generan ningún QR que puedan escanear en el servicio de mensajería.
En definitiva, experiencia muy corta y nada positiva.

I've been a customer of Dojo for a long time. They always pick up the phone quickly and respond personally when we need help. The card machine is slick, reliable and easy to use. On an occasion where we had a charging issue they sent a replacement machine really quickly. Recently I've been offered much better rates to switch providers. I called them about this and I now have much lower prices fixed for the next 12 months (now in a year contract instead of 1 month rolling). I wish I'd done this sooner! Now I have good customer service and good rates.
