They don't need new customers

When I try to sign up, then "You already have a SeekaHost account," even though I have never signed up on your website. When I try to reach your support about this bug then "Your email to our support system could not be accepted because it was not recognized as coming from an email address belonging to one of our customers. If you need assistance, please email from the address you registered with us that you use to login to our client area." I even have tried to reach support through a feedback form - silence. No problem. I will not insist on being your customer.

Updated: of course you “haven’t received any emails, messages, or support tickets with such complaints” because your system rejected my email as not-customer. Please read again email from your system: "Your email to our support system COULD NOT be accepted because it was not recognized as coming from an email address belonging to one of our customers. If you need assistance, please email from the address you registered with us that you use to login to our client area."

Apologise, We would like to make it clear that without being our customer, you cannot raise a ticket or send emails to our ticketing mail (support@seekahost[.]com).

Also as per the additional information provided for this review in trustpilot, we could confirm that no accounts exists with the mail id provided.

As mentioned, if you have any issues you can reach our live chat support from the website/portal directly. So that we can clarify things instantly. We don't want our clients to struggle much. We are always happy to receive you.

Good Services and Active customer support

Just joined seekahost company and had a good experience for past 1 year with my website and domain both hosted with them. All their service and support were excellent and were prompt in their response time, available 24*7 all the time. Excellent and recommend the hosting for all new business website builders and the domain prices is very low.
