faulty anti theft Crossbag

Just received my order Im looking forward as it will give peace of mind to where i can place my important documents and devices. It arrives quicker than I thought but the product is disappointing as :

1. code is unknown - no instructions from the manufacturer nor any indication it has a reset point. '

I sent a complain and received an AI version reply which does not help me at all>
I m asking them for return instructions -and they di reply but I am charge extra to pay for the return postage it is not recommendable as it look cheap for purchase price of AUD 80.

Travel bag

There was a defect with the zipper on the bag that I ordered they sent a new one and since I didn't get it in time for my trip due to a postal strike they refunded me! Great service, highly recommend.

The travel vacuum bags are wonderful. The quality is great. No more stress about trying to close my luggage! Oh yes, and the travel neck pillow is very comfortable.

Best Christmas Presents

I purchased 2 sets for myself to travel to Sri Lanka and then used them again to travel to Vietnam and Cambodia.
I loved them so much that I have purchased a set for all my family with whom I am crusing with in March.
I was lucky that there were 8 different colours so that I could buy a different colour of each member of my family

14 day money back is a scam

I don’t know how this company has such good reviews! You have to pay for a tracked return to Australia to get the 14 day guaranteed money back. The quality of the bags I bought was really poor, two zip were sown too small to be of any use. Please be cautious you will not be able to get your money back

Faulty product

Purchased this bag and only took it on two trips before the zip on the front pocket broke.
Contacted sales to report and apparently it only comes with a 14 day warranty.
Crazy and I loved the back pack but won’t be buying other one with these warranties on clearly faulty product.

Disappointed that I have overpaid for…

Disappointed that I have overpaid for products that Simplify Living sources from Temu suppliers. Exactly the same. Feeling very ripped off, by the proud Australian business. I think I just paid for someone's QLD lifestyle.

Yet another inferior Covertable anti-theft bag…

Yet another Covertable anti-theft bag left a customer disappointed. Mine arrived today, the stitching inside the pocket is coming undone, and the zipper had already fallen off. The material looks cheap and is definitely not worth the postage that I will have to pay to return it. If only I had read these reviews before I purchased the item. Really disappointed in this company for not even taking responsibility for faulty goods.
I can now announce that the customer service team have refunded my full amount and due to the faulty product no longer requires its return. This has appeased me and I am now satisfied with the outcome.

vacumn packing cubes with pump

Bought vacumn packing cubes with pump. Pump becomes VERY hot and stops working within a minute. Compression baga good quality plastic but reinflate within minutes. SENT FROM CHINA but have to pay for shipping to Australia if want to return. I was trying to support an Australian company but will never buy from thiS company again. Also bought luggage straps which are not great. Poor quality. Research the items you want and see if available on TEMU. Most are at a fraction of the cost.

Colour of item VERY wrong

The company doesn’t have a phone number on the site even though they advertise times to contact. The colour described as ‘red wine’ is horrible and actually lilac. No contact to see how to return item.

I brought online the Vacuum pack cubes $89.99…

I brought the Vacuum pack cubes $89.99 for through Simplifyliving Australia. The vacuum pump charges but does not work. A light comes on and PUMP gets dangerously hot, within seconds when trying to engage/operate. The small pump box was unsealed when it arrived from China and missing 2 of the 4 attachments. Parcel arrived via Australia Post to my QLD, 4870. Manunda PO, with no Simplifyliving Australia contact label attached, for a warranty or an exchange/replacement of this defective product. The small useless unreadable script Electric Inflator pump instructions manual was also in the box.
I cannot test the plastic bags themselves to see if there faulty as well, as noted by another reviewer.
I'm so annoyed with Simplify Living Australia that they have no direct contact person to discuss a replacement or no cost return or refund policy.
Will wait for a positive response & if not, will report to Consumer Affairs.

First time sleeping on a flight

I brought one each for my daughter and I to fly to Malta from NZ.Its the first time I've ever slept well while flying, I don't sleep at all before. Very comfortable and aides to relax you.
Rolls up easily into pouch and after I returned home was able to remove cover to wash it.
