The customer service at CreateMyTee is AMAZING! Our reps responded quickly to questions, helped with design ideas and gave us reminders on deadlines. The website is streamlined and intuitive for ease of use. We have used them 3 years in a row for our 5k race t-shirts and will continue to use them in the future. Our family reunion is every two years and we have used CreateMyTee to design the tee shirts. It has been great working with them considering that the family members live in different states and can order their own shirts and have them delivered to their homes. These shirts came out exactly how we wanted. The sizes, colors, and choices available were amazing. We designed our own shirts, however I have used their designers as well. Both were phenomenal.

Katelyn was great at communicating with me. The process was easy and the end result was good. One thing I would do differently is to get a physical sample of the colors. Katelyn did offer but I didn't have her send a physical sample. The color of the shirts is not what I wanted and I would have known that if I had seen a sample.

They were great to work with. I need changes to my shirt a few times and they jumped right in. They worked with me on even switching the color. I would highly recommend them. After placing my order it said 7-10 days and I actually received my shirts for a huge group within 5 days. I was very pleased with the design and the customer service. My girls will look great on Mackinac Island with their shirts.

I always have such a good experience working with this company. Laura is fantastic, Caroline is a peach, and Melania or the various other artists I've worked with are all fantastic. They give honest feedback for changes, they have prompt response, fantastic suggestions for the base shirts with options, options, options. My t-shirts almost always come in early, they go above and beyond when we're on a time crunch to get them to me on time, and they haven't missed yet. I order like three times a year. In my mass bulk orders they always refund me for the ones that may have gone wonky, they always work with me! They're an actually affordable custom t-shirt business, that has reliable care, dedicated teams, responsive managers, and quality products. I appreciate how easy they make my life as a marketing coordinator and how pleasant and kind they all are! If you're thinking of using this company versus a different one, just throw out the other option and use these guys. They're awesome!

CreateMyTee is my yearly go to for Camp and Fish Fry shirts. The design team is fast and makes my draft look great and the project manager is always responsive. Quality and pricing is always on point for me.

One of the best experiences with a company i've had in a long time. When I reached out for help with selecting the colors in the design, I was greeted by Katelyn S. She was incredibly helpful and explained the entire process. My chosen t-shirt was out of stock in sizes, she made calls to check if it was available with any other suppliers, and then gave me alternative options with great detail. The assigned artist Lindsay K., was very nice and is a great communicator. She did an awesome job adjusting the artwork. The production and shipping was also so fast! I received the shirts WAY earlier than expected. This company went above in beyond with product options, ease with getting help, customer service, graphic design, and production. The price point was also great. They beat their competitors. I'll be recommended them to everyone and will definitely be using them again and again. The t-shirts came out awesome. Everyone here loved them, they put them on right away. I am so happy I found them online!
