Customer support, grounding sheet & mat review

The high-quality products from Groundology have truly made my life smoother. I’ve been sleeping much better since I started using the grounding sheet, and I feel more energised throughout the day thanks to the grounding mat I use at work.

Customer support is excellent—quick to respond and incredibly helpful. They kindly assisted me with a misunderstanding regarding customs charges, and I really appreciate their generous and professional approach. Highly recommended!

Strongly Discourage Purchase

1. Inferior product with cheap materials and poor manufactoring.
2. Two months after returning product I'm still waiting on my refund.

Yes, I opted to leave it for the customs to return as I saw the one my friend received and I had no interest of a product of that quality.

Whether or not its on you as a company or the card company I would find it useful to know that return of funds might be late. If I had read my own review I might have asked a few more questions before my purchase.

You answered my emails very promptly and your customer service is quite nice.

Hi Lina,
I'm sorry to hear that you haven't received your refund. This is strange as at our end the refund was made on 12th September at 11:15:23 BST. I have sent full details & proof of the refund to you by email just now.

If the refund hasn't shown in your account, please raise a query with your card company, as from our end the refund was made successfully, and it should have arrived back in your account by now.

I'm also a bit confused that you state the product is inferior. Our email records indicate you decided not to collect the parcel from the postal service, hence the parcel was then returned to us.

In your email your wrote (in Swedish): "I would like to cancel my purchase. I will not be picking up the item and would like a refund for the remaining amount."

The tracking information itself shows that the parcel was held by the Swedish postal service for a while, then returned back to us in the UK. So my understanding is that you decided to cancel your purchase without actually receiving the goods.

In any case, we are happy to do whatever we can to help you locate the refund. If your card company cannot locate it using the information I just provided by email, we can go back to our payment provider and request more information to help your card company identify where it went. Just let us know, either here or by email, and we will help.

Thank you for updating your review with the extra information. I'm sorry that your friend wasn't satisfied with the quality of the product received. We pride ourselves in the quality of our manufacturing so it's disappointing if a manufacturing fault slipped through. I hope your friend was in contact with us so we could resolve the issue for them.

Regarding the refund: I'm sorry it's taken so long to reach you. Typically the refund process takes 2-5 days from when we make a refund until it shows back in the original card account. We had no expectation that it would take longer or we certainly would have let you know. As I said, do please get in contact if you need any more help locating it.

Agréablement surpris avec ancrage!

Depuis quelque temps j'utilise le matériel d’ancrage et je suis très satisfait! C'est un produit fantastique qui m'aide SANS FAUTE en cas de problèmes d'articulations, des blessures, accélération de la récupération, la fatigue… Je suis vraiment agréablement surpris avec cette technique naturelle qui fonctionne à la merveille. Je peux encore ajouter que le service client répond rapidement et très professionnellement. Bonne continuation !

I'm very happy with the products

I'm very happy with the products
I've just started using grounding SoftSilver sheets and pillow cases. After 3 weeks I noticed my sleep improved and i do not wake up mid night anymore. I also feel less back pain.
It is still early, but since nothing else changed in my rotine, I believe i can say it is related.

Great products plus great customer service

I have bought various items from Groundology over the years and have been very pleased with their products.
I have several autoimmune disorders and using my grounding products, alongside exercise & a careful diet, keeps them in check. I have the grounding bed sheet and silver pillow case, the grounding mat, the grounding bracelet, & grounding patches.
I recently asked a question about the connecting leads & Bigi answered me very quickly, so I can also say that the customer service is very efficient too - thank you 😊

Lovely product and excellent service

The order arrived very quickly and I was very impressed with the quality, feel and fit of the sheet. I had a minor issue with the plug so I emailed the company and (Bigi) from customer services replied almost immediately and sorted out the problem without any fuss. The after sales service is excellent. I would recommend Groundology as a company who is committed to providing great quality products backed up with excellent service.

Using Groundology's Bed sheet for the First Time


Yesterday, I slept on groundology's bed sheet for the first time after washing it by hand with a gentle, fragrance-free detergent.
It was a wonderful experience. I noticed the effects after a few minutes, which was a little unsettling, but I reminded myself that I was sleeping on a grounding bedsheet.
I calmed down and slept well after weeks of poor sleep.
And their support is amazing.

Insomnia Cured

The products are amazing and have helped me recover from deep-seated (years-long) chronic insomnia. I had tried every other possible approach to curing my insomnia and absolutely nothing worked. I bought the fitted sheet and it worked like a charm - within 3 weeks I was sleeping through the night and waking refreshed every morning. Years later I still buy one every couple of years as they do lose their conductivity over time and I do still need them to get a good night's sleep, but they are worth every penny. I have just bought my latest replacement this week. They have literally given me my life back.

Everyone should try grounding

Over the past year, I have used both a grounding mat and pillowcase from Groundology. I have been pleasantly surprised how much grounding has helped me have better quality sleep and a recent medical procedure showed significant reduction in my level of inflammation. I have ordered another pillowcase so I can continue grounding while one is being laundered. Any enquiries I have are answered promptly and the staff are very helpful.

Great idea, great products and great support

I was introduced to grounding by my nutritionist and I fell in love with the idea almost straightaway. However given weather in England, I know I must find a trustworthy indoor grounding tools as well. After extensive research, I found groundology. I bought mats, bands and heeling straps and I have been grounded as much as and as often as I can. While using a new product, I would have different questions. Groundology help team has been given me the best support and assurance with prompt response, detailed explanation, proactive educational guidance by sending supportive material to broaden my knowledge on grounding. I feel I am not alone in the journey of trying grounding and benefiting from it, instead I feel safe and positive with lots support from groundology.

Super good customer Service

Super good customer Service. If you got any issues, just get in touch. My products are all super well and even if I feel I am healthy already , I am sure they bring their benefits.

I was reading into the topic for a while and it's all scientifically proven. I also got my dad a sheet and my mother as well, as I believe we all should sleep on them, whether that's a silver sheet or a cotton silver lined one. Highly recommend. I also use the matt for under my keyboard on my PC.
