Failed..

My first review was premature.
There were many issues good and BAD.
Communications, fast response time (yes)
Did they answer all my questions (no).
Website is full of info. (much of it is wrong and doesn't even pertain to the items selected).
My problem was the cameras in the package I selected based on a van similar to mine wouldn't fit. When I scrolled down the cameras shown in many places were NOT the ones that came with the package. No-one even asked me for info on my vehicle till we were knee deep in emails and text messages. There should be a form to fill out to give their tech's the necessary info up front. Finally I was told they didn't have a system that would fit my van. My van is one of the most popular on the market, (that's their loss).
Not a good experience In my opinion. After 4 days, of going no-where they had not shipped so my money was refunded quickly.

My experience with TadiBrothers was excellent from start to finish. Their team was very knowledgeable and helped me choose the right camera system for my vehicle. Installation was easy and the quality exceeded my expectations.
