its the first barefoot shoe that i can actually wear in my workplace that dont make my feet hurt, i work in a factory with very hard cement made to carry tons of product.. i was skeptical but i were them on really rainy days the factory is cold but my feet stay comfy

these shoes may be ok for runners but not for anyone else. No support. Feel like you are barefoot. liners dont fit. no customer service. no full return. wont even let me unsubscribe.UNSUBSCRIBE!!!!!!

I feel bad about what I am about to write--Their customer service is the best I ever encountered!! These people take their job seriously! I work overnight and it did not matter the time I wrote to them, they always answered, and did it almost immediately. They hear you, give you options, understand your needs, and will not take a shoe back because they feel it is unsanitary, but they will reimburse you, and you get to keep the product.
Now, the bad news is that I do not feel these shoes are for everyone. The reviews say they are the most comfortable, and to me, they are not. I feel as if I have no shoes on. My feet were hurting most of the time I had them on. So these shoes are not for my feet. I need some cushion, and these shoes, unless you also buy some inserts, they have no cushion at all! Forgive me for saying this, but I cannot wear them, but your customer service is outstanding!!!

I've loved every order I've made from Hike and I have made some for Christmas gifts this year. I am sure they will be appreciated as they usually are.

I cannot return or get a refund for boots that are 2 sizes smaller than the tennis shoes of the same size I ordered. This is clearly a quality control issue and the biggest offer is 30% refund and I can just "gift" the boots that I can't get my foot in. Customer service is very slow to respond and obviously scripted. They have been absolutely useless.

I was disappointed in the shoes. I ordered 2 pairs each a little different to see which I would like. I contacted Hike Footware requesting a RTA which they refused to provide a refund for 1 pair and refused a return in spite of a guarantee. I don’t like the shoes. Use them only for water activities but they are slippery. Disappointed.

I have been extremely lucky to have found these shoes. I have a summer and winter shoes and love them both. My 83 yr. old sister finally got a pair of the summer Lorax and loves them as well. We are a couple of happy sisters! Thank you! We both have feet issues but not so much now.

Cheap shoes from China.. felt more like thin slippers than shoes

They caused both feet to have sore ankles and gave me no support at all. My feet hurt for days after wearing them. Made my corn worst.

I absolutely love these shoes. I have bought four pairs of them now and feeling the ground beneath my feet has been grounding to my soul thank you!

Light weight footwear that looks good and is incredibly comfortable! Almost every time I’ve worn them perfect strangers ask me about my Peak shoes. I have two pairs. Very cool 😎

I purchased a pair because my sister raved about hers! However, I am a true six and a half, I tried on her size 7s and they were too big. I ordered a 6 and they are not comfortable.
