Literally the best cookware I’ve ever…
Literally the best cookware I’ve ever owned. The evenness in which it cooks and just knowing I’m not putting the nasty chemical toxins into my families body!

shipper delivered to wrong address…
shipper delivered to wrong address after providing proof they did not deliver to right address seller and shipping company in China refuse to stand behind there mistake..
after no answer from there shipping company for 30 days of emailing back and fourth with no resolution
I would never use there shipping company in China as they don't stand behind there word and the supplier was no help either way after stating facts and providing proof there still would not do anything I looked up the company there number in the USA dose not even work and customer service was no real help.. all around a bad experience with this company and the shipper they use
I would never order anything else from this company again
I think the seller selected the shipping company to use for the order although sell dose not have control over the shipping company if the shipping company makes a mistake they should at least figure out how to deliver a new order to the right address thats why they have insurance

This product is amazing.. I love it.. read the directions. Before using it. I seasoned, mine.. and it’s a nice pan!! Only thing is my order was not complete.. but it’s a good cooking pan!!

Oh mama I burnt the pan!
So let me start off by saying I seasoned all my pans. Then, while helping my home school son, I burnt lunch.And I mean like burnt lunch. And burnt the pan in the process. I reached out to their customer support and got an almost Immediate response! You read that right?Almost immediate response from a customer support service.How crazy is that! I was extremely happy with the tips and tricks that they gave me to clean off the pan.They worked wonderfully. They were kind and considerate and sent me several options! I've been cooking with the pans a little over a week.And I have to say, big fan! The cleanup process is easy as long as you don't burn everything😅 really?Great pans, and even better customer service 💯 Recommend!

Great non-toxic alternative to normal cutting boards
It’s different using a metal cutting board at first, but I like that it’s durable, easy to clean and is non-toxic and not releasing little plastic particles or glue toxins into our food. We haven’t seen an effect on our knives but we have only just started using the board. We’ll have to get another larger board too!

Pan looks great
Pan looks great. Perfect size and good balance. Your advertisement says very confidently the pan is non stick . Our very first meal we cooked burger (after seasoning pan with oilive oil and heating) and the burger stuck to it like a coat of paint.

Good quality, may take some time.
We bought a cutting board before so we ordered the pan because our friend recommended it. It is beautiful and came packed very carefully. The only issue I had was that the pan took 8 weeks to arrive because of overseas shipping challenges. However I always received a quick, polite, informational reply when I checked with them. I appreciated that.
