Absolutely terrible company to deal with. Still haven't received the product after 2 months and they are blaming me for having the incorrect address (despite it being correct). Now they want me to send more money to have the item shipped again.
I have a friend who actually received one of their pans and said it's poorly made and burns their food.
Steer clear 1 star.

I wrote a positive product review on 19 July but noted due to inadequate packaging the glass lid arrived damaged.
Titancore responded to my review as shown below with a promise to replace the lid and "make it right"
When I contacted the company I was advised that the lid would not be replaced because I had not followed their correct procedure within the designated time frame. It is apparent that what this company says in the online forums and their treatment of customers are completely different. Subsequently I cannot recommend purchasing from this company.

this pan is not nonstick .,.
the eggs. What a mess.

It’s described as a non stick frypan and it’s not. Everything sticks to the pan and then it’s a battle to clean it. Don’t buy this frypan it’s a waste of good money.

The package that i recieved came in a good packed box. And the pans are really amazing. Ive tried them now for over a week and i think they fit my kitchen verry wel!

I purchased 2 pans and tried to make a first dinner and these pans are terrible. Everything sticks to it, including the eggs. My wife is not happy with this purchase and we are asking for your refund. The pan also changed color to yellow after a single use. This is terrible plus it’s not clean titanium since magnets stick to it. Terrible experience and not happy at all with the purchase just with first use. I request a refund for this product or I will dispute the purchase and post bad ratings

I'm dissapointed with the product quality. Reached out to refund twice but customer service never replied me. I would like to get my money back please!!!

I would just like to say that I haven’t as. received my order, am still waiting. What is the hold up? Please investigate. Thank you. in anticipation.

Had to assemble the pan, handle was packed separately.
First time using, omelette stuck.

Tried again today, after washing and seasoning. Tried to make scrambled eggs with onion and ham. Onions burned while saluting, and egg stuck. Pan was not on high heat, and I used teaspoon of oil.

Would not recommend.

the quality is nothing but a cheap frying pan. It is not a non-stick even when i try to fry an egg. With £79, I can get a top frying pan from Switzerland.
It is really a scam. You pay for a cheap product with a top quality prize. I will stay away from this Titancore

The pan is very nice. I used it once this morning to cook eggs and they turned out great

Has absolutely zero non-stick properties. No point buying this pan at all
