What I liked was the prompt payment of my reward. However, I do not like that there is a charge for receiving a rewards you are taking away from my earnings and no other major survey does this. I also have an issue with the number of survey declines before receiving a survey that I can complete. I have been doing surveys for quite some time and I have never run into this problem

We are glad to hear you liked the prompt payment, and I want to clarify that while all cash reward redemptions include a processing fee, we fully cover that fee on redemptions of 10 dollars or more, and there is no fee at all for gift card payouts starting at 5 dollars.
Regarding the survey declines, each survey sponsor controls their own screening process, and sometimes that can lead to more disqualifications than expected even for experienced survey takers. We do our best to match users with surveys they can qualify for, and we would be happy to look into your account to see if anything needs adjusting.

It’s really legit and pays what it says ! Surveys are not hard a few hours and got cash ! Give it 5 stars ONKY survey worth my time & Yours ! Only down side is the surveys that end and DONT pay . ( but they pay you a little payment for your time unlike all others ! Great app 1St time user .
