Firebirds exceeded all of our expectations from start to the finish. If we travel to another country that we do not speak the language, Firebird will be our first call.

We asked Firebird Tours to organize our trip to Italy. We wanted to spend time on the Amalfi coast, especially some of the less touristy towns. Rome and Florence with time to visit the key attractions. The itinerary the built was packed and well timed. The accommodation was excellent throughout the trip, but their local guides were all super fun to be with. They were all very personable, spoke excellent English, were mindful of our physical limits, and brought all of the places we visited to life.

Firebird Tours were very easy to contact during our trip as we wanted to change a couple of items on the itinerary. Communication with them as the changes were made was excellent.

Overall we were very happy with the trip that Firebird Tours had organized for us.

Worry free travel made this trip perfect! Alexandra and Natalia were amazing! Patient waiting for my decision and hearing our options! The glass blowing and cooking class were so much fun! We would totally work with Firebird again!

Firebird has never failed us. This was our 3rd trip with them and it has always been excellent. Their customer service response is fast and they really would look into anything immediately.

Our drivers , excursions were great except for Santa Park . They charge way too much for everything . Food options were terrible ,charge for certificates , virtual sleigh ride was broken , no ice bar , sculptures , it is a total scam for the price ! Avoid !!!!!!! Rip off ! Never felt more taken advantage of than that place

The company was responsive, helpful, and extremely accommodating before and during our trip. We had the best trip with top notch tour guides who were quick on their feet, willing to go the extra mile, and who gave us an in depth tour experience like we have rarely had on larger tours. The drivers were top notch as well. We could not have asked for a better experience from a tour company and all of the people we encountered. The app was very helpful too. We would definitely use them again for our next travel experience.

Firebird tours listened to what we were looking for in a trip to Portugal and they made it all happen. Everything was so easy. We had to rework a few things when we changed our minds about the schedule and the Firebird staff quickly made the changes and got right back to us. Hotels were perfect. Great locations and accommodations. Guides and transfers were knowledgeable, professional and kind. We were super happy with every aspect of this trip!

When our grandchildren turn 13, my husband and I take them to Italy: a tradition my parents started with my sisters and nieces and nephew. As each child interests vary, Firebird helps us craft an unforgettable experience for each of them. We are currently planning our third trip with Firebird and are looking forward to another unforgettable, educational experience!

The program was designed to show the very best of the UK including England, Scotland and a bit of Wales.
All arrangements were made for pick up, hotels, tours along with tour guides, and rides back to rail stations and airports.

In case of needed support their represtatives were helpful when called upon and we never had an issue with hotels, guides were on time, tours went as programmed.

This is my second trip using Firebird (first Italy, now Australia), and I truly love this service! The team is always so friendly and they do an amazing job preparing you for your trip and assisting should unexpected changes arise while on your trip.

Wonderful grand tour of Japan! For the most part transfers were easy except at the end of our trip trying to find the train to Narita
Guides especially Ku in Takayama was exceptional!!
Should add a visit to Nara to round out this experience

For 10 days our Japan tour was awesome! Different city has its own vibes but my favorite city is Osaka! All accomodations were great and my fave is Indigo Hotel.
We covered a lot of adventures, seeing beautiful sights and attractions especially majestic shrines and temples. This adventure was a blast! Thank you Firebired Tours!

We planned a trip for four couples to Austria/ Germany through Firebird Tours and overall it was a great experience and the Firebird team was very responsive. The hotels they provided were very nice and the tours planned thru Firebird were excellent. We had a few logistics issues but Firebird was available to help solve them in a timely manner. We would use Firebird Tours again and would highly recommend them to others planning a European trip.

One of the most amazing trips we have ever taken. Norway is a beautiful country. The cruise through the fjords was spectacular. The towns were beautiful.

Great Experience from Designing the Trip and Every Step In Between! We did the Grand Tour of Japan and have never used a travel agency. We were very pleased. Our interaction with our initial "sales person" was very good and he was flexible with adding extra dates, excursions and changing hotels (based on who had the best breakfast recommendation-lol!). Everything went so smoothly, Our car transfers were in very nice, roomy, clean cars with extremely helpful/polite drivers. Each of our guides were smart, knowledgeable, informed, prompt and went the extra step to cater to special requests or help us get home after the tour. The hotels were very good as well. We are sold on Firebird and will use them again. It was a wonderful trip to Japan. Thank you!

The ease of booking what we wanted and removing what we didn't want was done professionally. The 24/7 support line is AWESOME. If you have questions or any issue a representative responds very quickly and helps resolve any issues or questions.
