I am still waiting for my order after placing it on 22 September. Every time I speak to customer service, they tell me to wait or that it is ROYAL MAIL's fault.

Appalling service-RM left my parcel outside at 21.25pm, parcel not there when I went to collect! Sender refused to put in claim with RM for missing parcel as they say I have a safe space agreement with RM - which I don’t. £116 out of pocket and company are useless despite RM advising seller needs to claim they refuse! They keep you going in circles in the hope you will give up! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Items was sent and stolen just look tje customer service does not care my items was paid for next day delivery and the driver didnt even knock on my door and parcel was left outside for anyone to steal, just my look customer service is disgusting and lack empthy so im down money with no offer to resend items.

Ive already gave my order number to your customer service they have said nothing they can do about as it was delivered , not my fault it was left by my front door for someone to steal it after waiting in for the parcel and the delivery driver didnt even knock or buzz my door.J27202111

Really disappointing after receiving the wrong product now have to go though the rigmarole of return and waiting for the right product if they even have it ,it’s not for me not for a present but bought on someone else behalf who can’t use the computer who’s travelling next week!all I get is sorry that’s our mistake which is so unhelpful

I’m still waiting for my order it’s been 2 weeks and I’ve not had my confirmation email to tell me when it’s getting delivered even though they have taken the money out of my bank. I think I’ve been scammed
