Honestly it was the quickest most helpful car finance company I’ve ever worked with, they were so helpful and explained everything into every detail making me feel comfortable and confident. If I could I would give their sales team 10/10 stars. Thanks to Mo as-well he helped me a lot and another gentleman too who helped me with a lot of things. Honestly will be recommending to anyone. I don't know how to express my frustration but someone is laugh. Customer complaint team organised an inspection from Scatia. Been waiting for this guy almost 3 weeks. Got canceled twice. My vehicle is non driveable since September 2025 when is was on fire. The car was faulty on purchase.
The car had a diagnosis from a verified mechanic but match me wasn't happy with it. They said they'll sent a specialist to do full diagnosis. This "specialist" left after 5 mins. Saying that he is here only for electrical faults. The car cant be started so he just took a pictures of the top on engine and the oil dip stick. I could do that myself for FREE. Before he left said we need to wait for report for 10days. What report?! He did not do anything. Im really fed up as we're in december and not getting anywhere.

I think I have no other options just to seek a legal advise against match me as the seller has disappeared and match me took the responsibility for fixing the car. My advice is if anyone is dealing with complaint team and not getting anywhere within couple of weeks. Don't bother waisting your time. Either contact ombudsman or just get a legal advise if your consumer rights has been breached.

I have low credit but took the online application from ClearScore because it indicated I had an 95% approval chance.

After completing the online application I was told I wasn’t eligible which I was fine with and went about my day. Then an advisor messaged me saying I was approved. I messaged back saying no I wasn’t and I’m cautious of any further hard checks.

They then called me, telling me I was approved for a loan. I was confused and repeated that was ineligible via the online application and cautious about further hard checks being made.

They proceeded to tell me I was approved already so there wasn’t anything to worry about. I told them the car price and make and reg and gave me a quote for an amount each month which I was okay with.

On the way to pick up the car they then told me the terms had changed and I had to put down 3k, which I didn’t have.

At that point I felt very disappointed but was already on my way to get the car. I reluctantly let the advisor make more checks to see if anything could be done but to no avail.

In the end I was left with no car and multiple hard checks on my file.

I just felt very misled from the jump, from the indication on ClearScore for a 95% approval at 13.9% to then being rejected. Then being messaged I was approved, replying to refute it and the eventually being called and persuaded to continue and finally having the terms being changed on a supposed approved application.

Not a very honest process in my opinion.

Jamie made my experience very smooth sailing. He was so helpful, and so enthusiastic to help me find my perfect car. I had a bad experience with a previous company and Jamie made it his challenge to help me. Not only did he help me find a new car (my first choice of car) he also helped me part exchange my current vehicle at the time. Honestly couldn't ask for a more experienced and helpful member of staff to help me on this journey. Thank you so much

Couldn't fault Match Me Finance.... unfortunately the garage who was selling the car, awful customer service.

Changed the date the car would be ready.. 3 weeks later still not ready and was told another 2 weeks... when arrived on the agreed day, car wasn't on site.. it arrived one hour later than agreed, no explanation apart from was on a test drive and needed screen wash.

Great service good communication. Ease with dealing with finance
