Hello everyone

Hello everyone! I used this service to place a wholesale order for Mr. Sketch Scented Markers and wanted to share my experience with the company.

Product search: overall, the interface is intuitive. I was able to browse categories, search by keywords, and see all the analytics in one place, which was convenient. On the product page, there are options to find original manufacturers or what I understood as regular suppliers if you want to order a similar product. I submitted a request to find the original manufacturer. The request went through, and I just had to wait. The next day I received a response with all the details: product cost breakdown, minimum order quantity, and shipping cost (shipping within the US was free).

Then came payment, placing the order, and waiting for delivery. The shipment arrived at my warehouse in the Miami area in 9 days. Packaging, paperwork, and product quality all matched the description and my expectations. I additionally requested an LOA from support; they provided it within 3 days, and the format was acceptable for my needs.

After that, I also ordered product samples for my own store – a set of kitchen utensils for cooking (spatulas, tongs, etc.). This time I requested private label branding under my own brand. I’m currently waiting for the samples. Delivery is taking longer now, but that’s understandable since the factory is not located in the US.

Overall, I’m satisfied with the service. The only thing that confused me a bit is that it works on a subscription model – it looks like it’s mainly designed for the B2B segment, so you can’t just make a simple one‑off purchase without a plan.

In terms of reliability, I have no complaints: everything was handled clearly, responses were quick, and the order was delivered exactly as promised. Pricing is transparent – if shipping is stated as free, it really is free, and they don’t add any hidden markups.

PREDICTION: You will see a few 5 star reviews pop up immediately after mine, suspicious?

I don't appreciate when a "company" tries to silence the truth, seeing how they reacted I strongly advise anyone to dig a lot deeper and read all the reviews here before risking being fooled by their system, it is designed to take your money. I am now even more suspicious than before, so I took the trouble of collecting previous feedback, all of which indicates review manipulation.

1. They simply showcase products from 1688 and mark them up

2. 1688 is a Chinese website, where copied products abound. Counterfeits are ILLEGAL, anything counterfeit WILL GET YOU BANNED FROM AMAZON, EBAY and in trouble with the law.

3. Enter an Amazon product url in SupplyLeader to get a quote, you will immediately see the wholesale prices are made up, for different products or purposely marked down to lure signups.

4. Supply"Leader" charge $100/$800 just for the privilege of accessing the same information!

5. They are based in Hong Kong! There is a lot of counterfeiting originating from Hong Kong, check their legal info page for proof of their administrative office.

6. I suspect the majority of positive reviews on their profile are purchased, 16% negative... read them all to learn the truth.

I’ve had an extremely difficult time trying to do business with Supply Leader Group Limited. It’s almost impossible to place an order. On top of that, it’s very hard to reach anyone for help—No responsive customer service, No clear contact options, and No follow-through.

I’ve wasted too much time just trying to complete a simple order. Very disappointing experience overall. I would not recommend them until they fix their website issues and improve communication with customers. Won't me a refund I've been paying $39.00 since Feb 2022 to current

Very Disappointing Experience — Not Worth the Subscription Cost

Not sure if the reviews here are truly legitimate or written by bots, because my experience was nothing like what others have described — quite the opposite, in fact.

First of all, the response time from their support team was extremely slow. Each time I asked a question, it took about a day to get a reply, which made the whole process drag on for weeks just trying to figure out how to use their platform.

Secondly, their platform frequently malfunctioned. I reported the issues multiple times and even sent screenshots. While they apologized and said they would fix it “right away,” the problems kept happening — and the last issue took them nearly a week to resolve. Since they don’t work on weekends, that meant I couldn’t source anything for almost an entire month.

What’s worse is that, despite these ongoing issues that clearly came from their side, they did nothing to compensate for the time and productivity I lost. It honestly felt like they didn’t care about their customers at all — only about their own time and money.

Considering that the subscription fee is not cheap, I expected much better service and accountability. Instead, I was even told that if I wanted better treatment, I should pay for a higher-tier plan. That’s incredibly disappointing and unprofessional.

In the end, I basically paid for a month where I couldn’t use the service due to their technical issues, and they completely ignored my request for fairness. Extremely disappointing experience overall.

100% misleading about being able to source top brand names

I signed up after talking to one of their support reps, They we're located, over in the Philippines. I gave her like 3-different products, for top brand products that I wanted to source. She found them & even gave me the wholesale prices for each item and the MOQ. She told me that after I subscribed that I could purchase these exact brand items. Not true! Once I signed up & I tried to actually purchase these brand name items! It actually showed me the correct pictures from the manufacture but after a search, it's only for generic Chinese brand. This was completely Misleading! I can source these items for free on Alibaba. I canceled and they have refunded me! They would probably do better, just being honest &better training, also perhaps, if they didn't outsource their customer support. You guess you get what you pay for!

Service doesn't work, full of technical issues and can't buy at wholesale rate

I signed up for SupplyLeader to purchase badminton shuttlecocks in bulk for my club, but I am unable to complete any orders. Every order gets cancelled, and despite escalating the issue to their supervisor multiple times (at least five times so far), I only receive promises that someone will get back to me — but no follow-up ever occurs.

I have been promised to receive the supplier database or details, but I couldn't find any supplier contact information on their website.

There is no support phone line. You need to send them a message, and you will get the same kind of response in return.

Meanwhile, they continue charging a monthly subscription fee without providing any actual service or successful order fulfillment.

Be cautious before signing up. Their marketing team claims they’ll help you get the best prices and products, but in my experience, they fail to deliver on that promise and just keep charging fees without results.

Do not use this website/service!!!

Before I subscribe, I had searched for this company and saw the many good reviews here. However, because I'm cautious, I had requested a call, in which on the phone, I asked to tell me what's my price per unit of a product that I'm of interest to buy, and was told that it was $2.99/unit if purchasing less than 50 units.

I was also told over the phone before subscribe that I'm able to get access to the suppliers list, and even know in which warehouse (Canada, US, UK etc) the product will be shipped from etc.

However, when I subscribe, not only that I wasn't able to see the price, I can't even see other information that was told over the phone, such as supplier database, know in advanced where the product will be shipped from, as well as to be able to order the products.

Upon asking them why I'm not seeing what I was told over the phone after I subscribed, I've messaged and also requested a call. However, when they call, they only rang once and hung up. Had requested for refund, and no action was taken.

Thus am calling the credit card to reverse the transaction that I've made, as well as putting my honest review.

If you're going to use this company, you've been warned.

All the suppliers that i found was none…

All the suppliers that i found was none existing and i payed over 300$ in total for just one month because i had to upgrade my subscribtion. All my request came back as “suggestions” and they never restored my request nor helped me further. Every supplier you Can find on this side is also on alibaba for free. But here they charge you every month and is just the middelman that puts the extra Price on for ordering for you through the supplier. You can’t even get in contact with the supplier yourself but you ate paying a monthly subscribtion on hundreds of dollars?? Big scam

When I tried to report the issues with my order poor quality and missing items I was met with endless excuses. At first, they promised to process a refund, then later claimed they don’t usually issue refunds for wholesale orders. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this company was frustrating from start to finish. The customer service was slow to respond, and when they finally did, the answers were vague and unhelpful.
