After way I was treated by my previous provider despite being a loyal customer or year. I was really pleased with esure. Got my insurance at a good price, which included everything i required.

Joined, as current insurance wanted 500 more at renewal, knocked it down by 100 to try to keep me. I'm new to using this company, so will see how things go this coming year, so far so good!

Avoid at all costs!!
This insurance company are unfair and ignorant! Once my policy is over I will never get insured with them again! After being tailgated and rammed into from behind on purpose, they still found me at fault! The other driver failed to stop and done a runner! It turns out he was also insured with esure and had told them I cut him up as 2 lanes merged into 1, lying! In this case neither of us had dashcams so it was my word against his and they took his word over mine! Please someone explain to me how this makes sense? In this case surely it would go 50/50 at least? I believe they have not done their due diligence and completely disregarded my side of the story, for this I am seeking legal advice! Not only have I lost £1600 excess but will also lose years of NCB! Whilst this was under investigation they kept putting the claim status as my fault, very unprofessional and biased. This goes to show they never cared for my side of the story. Well hey, if you want to ram your car into another and get away with it then this is the insurance company for you! Frauds!

Dreadful experience
Dreadful experience. Spent nearly an hour to cancel. Despite my cancellation they still charged me for the policy. Maybe if I'd made a claim and it was resolved I would have been happier. The on line chat is extremely frustrating.
