The washing machine was delivered as promised, even though the driver was working late into the evening to get it to us: that was very impressive! From order to delivery it could not have been more efficient and we were kept informed by email throughout. Thank you.

I ordered this kitchen hood 2 weeks ago and was clearly told it would be delivered within 2 weeks. That promise has not been kept. I still haven’t received the item, and there has been zero update on the delivery status. This level of delay and lack of communication is extremely disappointing and very unprofessional. If this is the kind of service provided, it’s hard to trust future orders. I expect an immediate update.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and I’m very sorry for the delay with your order. As advised in the original confirmation email, this item was a special order from Bosch, which required a 1–2 week lead time before it is shipped.
I’m happy to confirm that your hood arrived into our Cork warehouse this morning. We have requested immediate dispatch with An Post, and we will forward your tracking details as soon as they are available today.
If you did not receive our earlier emails, they may have been filtered into your spam or junk folder.

No delivery of my purchase
I purchased my double oven last Saturday 6th Dec. I received an email saying it would take 3-5 days to deliver. they contacted me to say that their vans don't go to my area and another company would be delivering my oven. I contacted the other company on Friday and they hadn't received any documentation re. delivery. The delivery company said they'd check it out and get back to me. I haven't heard anything yet (it's Sat 13th now).
I eventually received the oven the following Tuesday so I will change the star rating.

Ordered a fridge freezer online....
Ordered a fridge freezer online durring black Friday, and got a great deal.
Delivery was €30 and next day delivery whuch was amazing and they took away the old fridge.
I received and email after ordering to let me know protocol for taking away the old fridge (disinfecting and cleaning it out) so I had that ready for them to take. The delivery man is a credit to the company, I have never met a more helpful guy, and really nice man who made the delivery effortless (ive had deliveries from various companies where delivery guys were rude, grumpy and want to hassle you to leave deliveries in hallway instead of putting them in the room required)none of that here, thus delivery man couldn't have been more helpful.
I will definitely use soundstore again.
