Made everything really straight forward and an all over easy experience, would definitely recommend. Sully the agent who helped me deserves great credit for all his hard work.

We went with them for car finance; they were invaluable and got us approved. We signed a credit agreement and awaited the funds, but then they suddenly refused. I didn't understand why at the time. Subsequently, we were approved with a second lender, and this time, the funds were paid out directly to the garage, which was delivering the car approximately 150 miles away. We received a welcome call from the finance company, and during the process of confirming details, it became clear that Zuto had submitted only half of our information, along with some details from someone else. The finance company then requested the funds to be returned from the garage. The garage rang me to inform me that they had stopped halfway through the delivery. We contacted the finance company, which explained that the information supplied by Zuto was incorrect and that the finance had been withdrawn. By this point, I had arranged insurance for the new car and cancelled the insurance on my old car, as it was being part-exchanged. The garage also incurred costs for part of the delivery. I later discovered from the first company that they had seen a second loan application in my name, which we had not submitted, indicating another mix-up by Zuto. I had to contact Zuto to speak with them. They pretended they believed we had halted the transaction. Although they apologised, they showed no interest in any losses I or the garage had incurred and neither offered to resolve the problem nor provided any assistance or support.

Frank was quite professional and friendly. Made me at ease with the entire process.

Great to start off with, quick and responsive...but that's only until you sign any documents. It then goes silent, and you won't get a response until you call someone who then sends you information through the WhatsApp for you to then follow things up yourself. So one minute you have an advisor, but as soon as you sign, you're on your own, which is poor.

Went with Zuto as recommended and it started off really well and then hit the admin road blocks and asked many questions about bank statements etc to get the finance over the line! Almost too inquisitive but better that way I guess
