It was NOT RESOLVED due to another (elementor) platform.

Just reached out to Name Hero technical support twice, for two separate problems that I couldn't solve. The problem was resolved by Patil Arun in less than 15 minutes on both occasions.

As a web developer, I’ve worked with several hosting companies, and always went with the cheaper options trying to save my clients a few bucks. I switched to NameHero after Hostinger 'accidentally' deleted one of my client’s sites just days before launch. They eventually recovered it, but the whole experience was a nightmare (I've yet to receive the refund they promised). After Abhilash R. helped me with the DMARC questions, I started experiencing a problem with a local email client.

Web hosts don't normally assist people with problems relating to their local software, but on this same ticket, I asked a question about it anyway and Sam D., went out of his way to help me with some advice about the program.
