My husband bought fast track security for one trip and found himself tied into a subscription that we hadnt noticed for a while. Tried to get money back but they only gave us a token amount and then ignored my emails.

Paid for fast track however this was not accepted by airline . Then 3 days later I was charged 79 euros for a subscription which I do not recall signing up for. The subscription was for a service that gives you up to 5 fast tracks a month! So even if I wanted ti use the service it was impossible to use . Firstly, the airport doesnt accept the fast track and secondly if I was flying 5 times a month I would probably have a business class ticket and not need to purchase a fast track. PLEASE avoid it is a scam. I claimed my money back through the bank after changing my card so they didnt take my hard earned cash.

Just want to say that I was confident this was a scam, but my friend paid the £1 even though I assured him it was a scam, and actually it worked. To my surprise. Maybe there’s a subscription with an obscured box or something but I mean, my friend couldn’t otherwise check in for his flight & this worked.

I was misled by Check-in My Trip Online: I paid €1 for what was advertised as a flight check-in service, but was then charged €79 for a hidden subscription I never knowingly agreed to. The subscription terms were only in tiny print at the bottom of the page. Company refused a full refund and only offered partial refunds.

Couldn't check in with trip.com app or website, link on app My-trip-online.com offered €1 charge to issue boarding passes / check in - they had a hidden subscription in their terms and conditions and charge you 3 days later for €79. Didn't get boarding passes.
Offered 20% refund - liars & scammers!
Have since deleted my account with trip.com will never use again!

The hotel in Rome booked me a car to the wrong airport. I needed fast-track so used this website. They charged me for a fast-track service without offering me fast-track because it was too close to my travel time. A few days later I checked my bank account and I had been charged over £68 for…. what? For nothing. I have no email confirmation of a subscription and no recollection of signing onto a subscription, which should be made plain and clear beforehand. Cancel your cards, and raise the charges as a dispute immediately, as they are very likely to try again.

A few days after buying services or tickets you will be charged 79 euros on your bank account, and these are reccurrent charges. You will find in the small prints that by using their website, even only once and for any purchase, you subscribe to a very expensive, and unsollicited, service. REPORT TO POLICE please.

I agree with the negative reviews and had exactly the same experience as other users. I was on an overseas trip, it was hard to monitor my emails, Mytriponline made me a complicated offer, it included a free trial period, I didn't focus on any of it, and may even have clicked "yes." A few days later I was charged $100+ for a service I would never use. They would not review the charge, BUT CHASE DID! Special thanks to my Chase card for protecting me and I give mytriponline a big negative review.

I purchased only Fast Track for Eindhoven Airport via my-trip-online.com.
Instead, they secretly enrolled me into an “automated check-in subscription” and charged me £68.46 without my consent.

There was no opt-in box, no clear warning, and no confirmation.

When I complained, they cancelled the subscription but refused a refund, offering only 20%.

My bank (HSBC) had to step in and give me a full refund, because this charge was clearly unauthorised.

I also reported the case to Action Fraud UK, UKICC/ECC, and Trading Standards.

This practice is illegal under:

Payment Services Regulations 2017 (UK) – recurring payments need explicit consent

Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) – hidden terms are unfair and unenforceable

Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 (UK) – misleading omissions are unlawful

EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83 – bans pre-ticked boxes and automatic enrolment

There are hundreds of similar reviews online – this is not a mistake, it is a systematic scam.

They are scamsters. They charged me 1 Euro for an online check-in and 79 Euros few days after that. If you're a victim, go their website, login, then go to 'My Account' and cancel your subscription asap.

Paid for Rome airport fast track tickets (€14). This company then attempted to take a further €80 without consent for membership. Beware.

Total scam, they should be deleted from Google results. They pay to be promoted above natural results and hide large subscription fees in their T's and C's, which if we're busy, we don't spot. Thankfully my bank declined their attempt to fleece me but others I see have not been so lucky. I pity the poor souls who feel they have to work for this outfit.

Do not use this site. I lodged on to get my boarding pass. In June Mytriponline.com charged my visa £75 and again in Sept. I did not subscribe. I have read several complaints from people who had the same experience as myself, being charged like this and being subscribed when I did not give authorisation and I would recommended that people do not use Mytriponline for anything as they use card details to charge you for a service you did not want or need. not use this site. Like other members I was charged €79 for a subscription that I never signed up to after agreeing to a 3 day free trial for an express checkin at Larnaca airport. The charges are not apparent on their website. They are a dishonest company who steal money from people without their explicit authority.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If I could give zero stars I would. This site is an COMPLETE scam. I signed up for a three-day free trial and was automatically subscribed to their Concierge Service, charging £79 per quarter. It was only after two quarters that I realised as they send you no confirmation that the payment has been taken, or indeed that you have been signed up to the service once the free trial has ended. Yes, it's in their T&C's but they deliberately keep this as hidden as possible. Worse, when I asked for a refund they eventually agreed to refund me 50% and then reneagued on this and only paid me 25%. How this outfit is still in business is beyond me.

I was scammed a year ago, but I still see others are being scammed so I came back to write a second comment..

DON'T DO ANYTHING WITH THIS WEBSITE. AT ALL.

You can book fast track through the airport website, make sure it isn't "my trip online". Absolute scammers.

They should get jail time and be forced to give back the money they've robbed from decent folks.

This company is a complete con , misleading and costly . Fast passes for security cost £14 from the airport but £93 from them , they charge you £14 then hit you with a £79 membership fee !!!!
Was offered a 20% discount for my trouble , I told them I want it all back .
Was told trial period was only three days , and that it was well highlighted on the page !!! This is not true . Stay clear of this con

This is a scam website, DO NOT USE. I have tried buying 2 fast passes, the website did not work to get them and they charged me. That's not even the worse, 3 days later a payment of £79 has been taken out of my account from them in the form of a subscription that I have not used, read or even acknowledged. I have raised with my bank and emailed this website. THIS IS A SCAM!
