The process was super easy and straightforward. I just have to trust that my personal information was deleted from the device that wouldn’t power on, but I’m happy to know the ones I could factory reset will either get a new life or be responsibly recycled.

I had several smart phones and tablets and Big Sky make it easy to recycle. One glitch is that the USPS said they can only accept one device per package. I took it to a different USPS location and was able to ship the multiple devices in 1 box.

It was easy to recycle and put to good use our old phones. Straight forward instructions, postage paid and easy drop off at local post office.

This was a very easy and environmentally friendly way to recycle numerous cell phones. I just packed the phones in a box, printed the return label and taped it to the box. I put the box in my mailbox, and the USPS collected it.
