I had never heard of this company until…
I had never heard of this company until they took 30.98 euros from my bank account in Spain, I can only assume that somebody has made an unauthorised purchase however trying to contact the company has so far been unsuccessful. Bitiba.it have replied and the reply is a valid one, now contact has been established I can I form them that the matter has been reported to the bank and the card cancelled, I have since researched bitiba and I am happy it is a bona-fide company I now hope we are closer to a resolution and the return of our money,

As far as we can understand from your feedback, we assume that somebody much probably cloned your card and used it to place an order on our online platform.
We are completely unable to avoid this situation unless the card used for the payment has already been reported to your bank as fraudulent.
