Absolutely terrible service
Absolutely terrible service. Purchased supplements on May 31 3 weeks later still had not received my purchase. I have sent 6 emails asking where my purchase is no one at BONO as responded to any of my emails. Eventually I had no alternative to ask for a refund again no answer. So BONO as not only not delivered my goods they have kept my money.

Never received my order after 2 weeks of backing & forthing with their customer service - absolutely useless. Couldn't come up with a solution once they'd figured out my order had been lost by DHL.

Excellent Customer Service!!!! I have been purchasing Superflex-6 from Bono.nl for several years via Amazon.de, but there was no product available in stock when I tried to order last time on Amazon for delivery to Greece. I reached out to Bono customer service and was immediately taken care of by Mac, who arranged for my order and delivery to Greece, and went above and beyond to make sure that the order was filled quickly and efficiently. I cannot say enough about Bono's product quality and customer service!!!
