Private Healthcare NHS Cash Benefit

Excellent private healthcare NHS cash benefit paid by BUPA within a week of receiving the claim. Very simple process - great customer service as always from BUPA (after receiving top medical care from the team at St. James' Hospital, Bexley Wing in Leeds).

If anyone has the opportunity to take private medical care BIK for their whole family via the Employer, then I highly recommend it. I have been with BUPA for three years now - the customer service is always top level.

I used the online request

I used the online request and was referred to the local hospital breast clinic within the week. I was seen to there and then at the hospital and did not need further tests. There was no payment needed as Bupa took charge of it all.

Physiotherapy triage interview…

Justina took time to listen to me on the phone call and was very thorough and professional. She devised a series of exercises to help alleviate my pain. I would have preferred a face-to-face first appointment as it would have enabled me to show her my area of pain. Justina would also have been able to assess my body, stance and gait. I like being able to review my plan and my progress on the phone app and look forward to my follow-up call next week.

I sent an optical invoice and get an answer from Bupa very fast (fo a cashback) Unfortunately, they sent me a letter by email informing me that a check was inclosed to the letter so I'm guessing, I should receive this letter by Post at any time. But when ? And why do they not asked for my bank account instead? Are they not paperless?
