Bei allen Geräten führen wir sowohl technische als auch optische Prüfungen durch. Mithilfe einer professionellen Prüfsoftware werden sämtliche Daten erhoben und die verbleibende Restkapazität des Akkus wird sichergestellt.
Nach genauer Prüfung deiner Bestellung haben wir festgestellt, dass es sich um ein Gerät handelt, dessen Restkapazität knapp unter 100 liegt.
Wir möchten um dein Verständnis bitten, dass wir trotz dieser Maßnahmen keinen Einfluss auf die vom Hersteller festgelegte Akkukapazität haben. Es ist generell ratsam, sich vor dem Kauf eines neuen Geräts mit sämtlichen technischen Daten vertraut zu machen.
