Terrible experience! Beware!
I bought a product and, two days later, realized I had ordered the wrong model. I immediately requested to cancel the order. At that time, the order was still being processed — not shipped — and the shipping was scheduled for several days later.
Despite this, the company told me that the order was already being prepared and that if I cancelled, they would not refund the shipping cost. I had no choice but to proceed with the cancellation.
After cancelation, I received a message from Revolut confirming the refund from the seller, but the money only will be refund in 5 days, They will retain the value 5 days! The refund value shown is only for the product value — not the shipping — even though the item was never shipped.
From what I can see, this company claims to have items in stock, but it seems they don’t actually hold them. They likely place orders with suppliers only after receiving a purchase, which explains the long processing and shipping times.
This experience shows a lack of honesty and transparency. I will never buy from this company again. My mistake was not checking reviews before ordering — there are many complaints about their poor service and shipping delays.
It makes no sense to charge shipping for an order that was never shipped.

My order took 2 weeks to be sent and then they send to a random adress in another country..
Support is horrorble and takes days for a single answer.. the live support on their website is not a live support, answers come days later with email.
after 3 weeks of not getting my order, also no tracking number i still wait that they cancel my order and give me my money back..
horrorble company, would never buy again there..

Becareful buying from these guys
Becareful buying from these guys. They are selling on Carrefour.es too. They made a mistake with my orders and I have to return a smartwatch - but if you need to return anything YOU have to organise and pay for the courier. And if the package has been opened, you will not receive a full refund. Be warned! Publicly they apologise, but privately they deny it is their fault.

Faulty router
As of today, June 4th, I have finally received partial refund. I first requested a full refund, as per Greatecno terms and conditions on 21st October 2024 before the item was even shipped. This was refused. It has taken all these months, and the public exposure enabled by Trustpilot, to finally receive at least most of the costs.
Avoid this company like the plague and the parent company CAC Newstri. Dishonest to the core.

Ordered a router, shipping was delayed, I requested cancellation under their cancellation policy for full refund, full refund denied as they wanted to claim shipping costs, even though it had not been shipped, not even in stock. Item arrived, faulty, returned for repair, informed 3 months later that item was not repairable, offered credit note, I rejected as service was so bad, would not purchase anything from them again. Refused to return funds, even though EC Consumer act gives consumers right to refund. Under threat of reporting to EU, I was told refund to my bank would take 20 days, After 20 days, they claim no offer of refund was made, even though I have copies of their emails. This is a rogue company, avoid at all costs. Now, after 7 months, they have my money and the faulty product and only path to resolution is a legal one. Do not purchase from this company or its parent company CAC Newstri
Further to your reply:
1. The item was purchased on 9th October 2024.
2. After numerous problems which required many emails for you to address, you sent RMA and label on 14th February 2025
3. After further follow ups, it was not until 8th May 2025 that you informed me that the item was not repairable
4. You offered a credit note, but due to the slow and poor customer support, I rejected and requested a full refund, as per EU consumer law
5. On 12th May, you wrote and I quote from your email: Thank you for contacting us.
I inform you that your order was refunded on 08/05/2025 in the same way that you made the payment. The amount will be paid within a period of 1-20 days, it will depend on your bank.
If you have any questions, please contact us.
5. On 30th May you denied sending email informing me of full refund and to allow 1 - 20 days.
I have full copies of all emails and intend to pursue all legal paths to obtain a refund as in compliance with EU Law
To all readers, please note that this is not within 14 days, that Greatecno are quite prepared to breach EU Consumer law, and have lied on this public forum

I have informed Greatechno, and their parent company CAC Newstri that I intend to raise a full complaint via my lawyers with the EU Commission under the EU Consumer Act.
Note the lengths or lies and deceipt this company is prepared to go to over just €61
Do think carefully before engaging with this company
To all concerned, Greatecno response claims the item was returned and found faulty within the 14 days. If you read Greatecno Terms and Conditions and their Returns and Cancellations policy (link not permitted, sorry) the second from last paragraph states
'Upon receipt, an email acknowledgement will be sent to you immediately. We will examine the returned item(s) and notify you with another email of the outcome. For replacement, you will receive an email to confirm the dispatch and tracking details. For refunds we will email you to confirm this has been processed (refunds are normally issued within 24-48 hours). If no fault is found by our technician, a 20% charge for diagnoses will be applied to your account and the product sent back to you.'
Note the promise of refund!!! My experience so far is that Greatecno refuse to refund, offering a credit note instead, thereby attempting to force further sales
I intend to pursue this matter, if necessary through courts, meanwhile, I will keep this report updated.

Greatecno have commented again below, and sent me same message by email
I paid €61.82 for the item plus services, I have received notification that Greatecno have initiated a refund of €55.92
Greatecno refund policy states: If anything you have purchased from us becomes defective or develops a fault, we will be happy to exchange the product provided if is still under guarantee. If the fault occurs within 14 days of receiving your order, then you also have the option to return the goods to us for a full refund.
Google AI defines a full refund as: A "full refund" means the complete return of the money a customer paid for a product or service, often when the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, or when the customer changes their mind. This typically includes the original purchase price and any associated costs like shipping or handling fees

Have never written a negative review in my life but felt compelled with these jokers/scammers!
Avoid using this online store at all costs! Whatever savings you think you are making on a product on their website, I urge you to spend the extra money elsewhere for peace of mind.
I ordered earbuds 5 weeks ago, I even emailed to make sure they were in stock. Customer service assured me they were.
Delivery date rolls by and order is still
In processing mode on my account.
I follow up and they tell me after a few more days that they don’t have stock and would I switch to a different pair which can ship in 2 days. I agree and a week passes and no response after another enquiry by me.
At this stage I am unsure if I have been conned out of 120 euros or not.
Terrible customer service, soulless responses when they do respond. Ambiguous and vague and more than likely lying!
Please do not pay attention to the response they leave on any negative review it is complete BS.
At the very least this company should be investigated for fraud.

Ordered a smartwatch in september. It took three weeks to deliver, which is astonishingly long already
But then, a warranty claim in January. After some messages back and forth - it takes them the better part of a week to respond to an emaiI - I got some very specific instructions on how to send it back. Which I did.
Weeks later I get an email in a different language requesting additional stuff, which I sent, again. That's been over a month ago and... total silence. No acknowledge of the problem, no further action, no refund, nothing.
They might be cheap, but this is not the way to treat a paying, cooperative customer.

Very bad service
Very bad customer service, pero poor response time, it has been almost 2 months since they delivered a faulty product and still havent replaced or refunded it. Getting them to respond to an email is like pulling teeth, never again!

The delivery time exceeded a week more than what they promised. Communication was pretty poor: The website stated that you could that with someone but no matter what time a day you only got a reply that "Our team is currently offline..."
But the product delivered was as described and the price was way lower than other websites.
