Please know that the situation you described regarding the installation staff showing up under the influence of alcohol and substances is absolutely unacceptable. We have already contacted the relevant team to investigate and will take strict and serious action. We will keep you updated with the results of this investigation.

Regarding the installation of your desks, the Veritas 360-Degree Rotating Desk requires professional assembly due to its complexity, which is why we provided complimentary white-glove setup for that item. For orders that include this service, customers are notified immediately after placing the order. The Baggio Modern Electric Adjustable Standing Desk is designed to be simpler to assemble, so free installation is not included and, by default, there is no additional notification. We sincerely apologize for not clearly communicating this and are happy to compensate you for any extra installation costs you incurred.

As for the incorrect name in our previous correspondence, this was a mistake while coordinating with the white-glove team. Your name was mistakenly replaced with the team leader’s name. We deeply regret this error — it does not reflect the level of professionalism we strive for at Hulala — and the responsible customer service representative has been addressed.
