Ordered 2 months ago, still not received

I am very disappointed with my experience with this company.
After ordering their product 2 months ago I am now in a battle between them and the sorting office to find out where my item is.
I was given no help from their team when contacting them (except, contact royal mail)

I have sent another email today asking for a refund or the item yo be sent again. I will review the item when/if I ever receive it!!!

We're truly sorry for the delay you're experiencing.

You're absolutely right, your parcel should have arrived earlier. 4 to 5 business days, it's the 6th now. According to the tracking, the package is already in Spain, but it hasn't moved for a few days now. Unfortunately, we don’t have control over the local delivery process once the parcel reaches your region, and there may be local issues or delays with the Spanish postal partner (such as strikes, high volume, or sorting center backlog).

That said, your order is marked as ready to be delivered by the local courier, so we believe it should arrive by the end of the week.

We’ve already contacted the carrier to investigate, and we’re currently waiting for their feedback.

Again, we’re very sorry for the inconvenience, and we’re doing our best to follow up and make sure you receive your order as quickly as possible.

I regularly order from Hyashop.com in Avignon and I’m truly impressed. The prices are incredibly competitive – almost like getting direct manufacturer discounts. For many products, I haven’t found better deals anywhere in Central Europe.

The customer service is outstanding – fast, helpful, and very personal, with direct WhatsApp contact to a staff member, which makes communication super easy. Shipping is fast and completely reliable, even to Switzerland.

For me, Hyashop is 100% trustworthy and highly recommended – I’ll definitely keep ordering from them!

Arnaque fraud

We are sorry to read your message, but we must clarify the situation for transparency.

Your order was cancelled and refunded because, as stated clearly on our website, we are not authorized to ship injectable products to France unless the buyer is a licensed medical professional registered with the French medical board (RPPS). You could not provide this information, and therefore we had no legal right to fulfill your order.

This rule does not apply to international buyers, and we serve many international professionals without issue.
Your refund was processed according to our policy, which is also clearly written on our site: in case of cancellation of an order that was not eligible under French law, a 2.5% fee is retained — this is not for our benefit but covers the transaction fee taken by the payment provider. In your case, it was less than €5.

We apply the law, and we communicate all conditions transparently before checkout.
Calling this “fraud” or “scam” is both inaccurate and misleading.

We welcome honest feedback, but not unfounded accusations.
