Great support experience - on the phone!

After having some challenges with access, I called the company. I was not expecting much after calling so many companies who don't care about customers!
But wow after a short wait I spoke to a fantastic support agent who was clear and concise, spoke clear English and helped me resolve the issue quickly. Really great experience - thank you!

Worst Company Ever

Worst Company Ever. in order to pay for your invoices you have to contact them to pay. it is so stupid. and their email services suck so bad that my emails dont even load. Please Dont use ionos as i will never use them ever again.

Stay far from this company

I paid for a 30 day, money back trial yesterday 10/8/2025. Today, 10/9/2025 I canceled online. I received a notification that I was required to call and confirm the cancellation. I called and the agent said I’d been a customer “for so long”. I replied that it hadn’t even been 24hrs. She was quiet. Then she said it was canceled and that I would receive two emails.
Well, I received the first two stating cancelled. Then I received a third email stating my cancellation was REVOKED!
I must call again tomorrow to re-cancel.
Slippery.

Absolutely terrible experience with…

Absolutely terrible experience with IONOS. I cancelled my account within 5 days of signing up, well within their refund period. Yet no refund has been issued even after multiple contacts with their so-called "support." They keep giving the same excuse: "It will take time to process." It’s been long enough — where’s the money?

Worse still, they are repeatedly trying to charge my card every single day even though the account has been closed. This is nothing short of fraudulent and predatory behavior. It seems I'm not alone — just look at all the 1-star and 2-star reviews. The same exact issue over and over again — unauthorized charges, fake support, and endless excuses.

Their billing practices are shady at best and feel like outright theft. Once they have your card, they won’t let go. I strongly advise everyone:
👉 DO NOT give IONOS your payment information.
👉 DO NOT trust their cancellation process.
👉 DO NOT expect any kind of real support.

This is a dangerous company that preys on new users and small businesses. I'm still fighting to get my refund and stop the unauthorized charges. Disgusting.
