The claim process was very easy...my only suggestion would be a section where the insured can add some comments to the claim that may not be covered by your claim process

I would say that the responses could have been faster. If I hadn’t followed up, I don’t think my claim would have been resolved by now. They were helpful in the end, but the process was quite slow.
